I ordered from this company and never received my product. They sent me 3 different tracking numbers. Two were invalid and one was for men’s clothing delivered to someone’s garage. That is not my order and I have no garage. I tried 3 times to contact them and never got any response.

website said I could purchase 5 tires at a discounted price I place two separate orders for two different size tires. for my car and truck. I got two tracking numbers and emails with confirmation numbers. Each one says my tires where shipped USPS. I checked both My PO Box post office and my local post office 10 miles apart from each other. Neither one shows any tires arriving. I reported it to the company Arietia who said that they show my tires delivered and they would not refund. I took all emails to both post offices and they say they have not received any tires.

Go to your credit card and initiate a chargeback. It will hurt their payment processor and will eventually shut them down.

This company said the estimate delivery would be 03-19-2023. It still hasn't arrived. I have tried calling them at 212-302-2010. They say it is a nonworking number and will transfer me to another factory. They never come back on the line. I tried their live chat line but they do not respond.

They ship used and open boxed items , basically returns from other retail store to make a profit. then when you receive a broken item they will say the vendor will send a replacement which will never make it to your home.

received a broken product… like other reviewer said- they will always reply to your email calming they contacted their vendor to replace that item. and like everyone else, i never received the replacement item, or refund, or another email to follow up.

this is a scam site be aware! their website doesn’t look like a scam BUT IT IS!

This subscription is a scam!!! They charge you full price of 60.00 + per subscription box and then send you 10 bucks worth of items that are very cheep made and very very poor quality. They are doing this to millions of people. If you look at their rating here on the ScamPulse.com they score an F and they have so many bad reviews but why are they still allowed to do this to people? Why hasn't anyone looked into this and why are we allowed to report it but they can still rip tons of people off and get away with it. But if i scammed someone it would be a big deal and i would pay the consequences. I guess they can get away with whatever they want and take peoples money. AMAZING TO ME!!

Bought 4 mini cameras from Lerro. Took three weeks to be delivered. Arrived in crushed packaging. Items do not work & cannot be synced with their app. No phone provided for customer service to walk me through process. No return labels provided if need to return and will have to pay for shipping back to China instead of California warehouse.

The product that I ordered from this company was described as

'Fused glass pocket tokens' with a brightly colored rainbow heart in the center. It came with a choice of a little sentiment card

for the recipient. There was absolutely no mention that the token was actually to be stuck on to the card. When I emailed the company that what I was sent was not satisfactory, they asked for pictures of the item. I sent them the pictures and they assured me that the item was correct. I continued to disagree with the company. They will not let me just return this inferior product. Since my original purchase on April 5, I have emailed them 17 times.

Bety places ads for dog toys on Twitter. It says that their toys are "almost impossible to rip apart" and are designed for aggressive chewers. Not true! My dog shredded the toy in 5 minutes.

I emailed the company and got no apology or refund.

Bety reply to complaint:

"First of all, we want to say thank you so much for your purchase.

We always try to provide the best service and products to our customers.

Also very sorry because this problem shouldn't have happened with the product.

Although thick velvet material has been selected, in some cases it can still be destroyed by the chewing and tugging power of strong dogs.

Sorry for this inconvenience!"

They're falsely advertising a blood pressure monitoring watch that does not actually work. On first attempt to cancel the order when I found reviews that made me suspicious it was a scam they continuously tried to talk me out of canceling the order despite the fact the order was already going to be much later than advertised. The product didn't arrive until after PayPal's deadline to settle the claim depute when I first attempted to cancel the order. After proving that the device didn't work they still attempted to talk me out of returning the device and giving me a refund. In small print they have a restocking fee of 15% which I did not catch before I placed the order to begin with which is my own fault. They offered an extra product to make good on the fact they never sent me an order confirmation and the product was delayed but they did not make good on that offer and did not send the extra product. Exactly a month after the initial charge, I am still attempting to get my money back. They have some convoluted return process where they want to inspect the product by picture before even giving me the ability to mail it back and get a refund. They have still yet to send me the information on how to do this.

Building a website. Asked for more money because the first team of developers had complaints. $365. Then that added another $399 for hosting which I already paid for and said if I didn’t pay my website would be shut down. Then my website was shutdown and after getting no reply via email or an answer from their phone number a new scammer called me saying they need $300 for more storage.

When I was searching online for information on temporary tooth replacement on 4/14/23, this was one of the website results that came up. The descriptions, instructions (FAQ) etc sound perfectly valid, & of course include testimonials. There's a video on how to insert them, which I haven't watched. It's a very simple sort of website, with no other pages except to buy the product or to upload a review -- which however takes you to the purchase page which I see now (4/24/23) still has my address on it! (Tho the credit card info is blank.) There's a picture of the bottle, which as I look at it again, I realize seems to have no info labels or anything on it, but it might have had on the other side. (Only I now realize there probably is no real bottle.)

I finally tried calling today, & their phone nr doesn't work. I just tried the email, & it came

back undeliverable.

They now have my credit card number. Tho so far no amount other than the purchase price has been charged, but I realize I now have to both dispute the charge & get a replacement card.

Business offers pre-sale items for Funko Pops. Since they are pre-sale, customers don't expect to get the items for a while. They update the website to say that they are still waiting for the item to get in stock. And they even go so far as to say that they have some of your items but will not ship until they have all of them. If you try to email the company, all you get is an automated email back saying they are busy in the warehouse and not responding to emails until the next week. They will never respond to you. So they keep you going saying they never received the product, and you cannot contact them for a refund.
