Seeing their ad on tiktok, I purchased the Polygel starter kit at $19.95 with a $3 discount. I received a confirmation email with order number saying I would receive an email when shipped out with tracking information. It's been well over a month now and nothing. I've sent them 5+ emails now with no response.

Saw the ad for Lerelo women's clothing on Facebook. Went to an actual website and ordered 3 dresses. Paid with credit card. When they arrived several weeks later the quality was poor. They didn't look like the online ads. I asked for a full refund of $107.07. They offered $16 and to keep the clothes. I argued via multiple emails until they said they'd refund me $40. They did refund $40 to my account.

Total scam!

I never received shoes from Soludos. They charged my card the day I placed my order. They have no way of contacting customer service or processing a refund of money. They stole my money because I purchased shoes that never arrived. After taking my money, the company is no where to be found to give my money back.

I saw add for Amazon mystery box on Facebook stating spend 60$ receive a package of 30+ items. Waited a few weeks received tracking info and when package arrived it came from a Carrie Bonkiewicz 2910 20th Ave Astoria, NY 11105. It contained two products of little value. Cheap ear buds and some sort of fine mist sprayer. Went to contact company from website no phone listed but did contain email address. Tried to send email it says the email does not exist. Looked up name and address on internet and came across this post about a scam. I also noticed that the package has different shipping label underneath it looks to be from another country London is mentioned in the tracking

Was charged for items on 4/3/23 after placing order on 4/1/23. I emailed several times for an update on the shipping status after the 8-10 business day window was surpassed, but no response from an email. I tried to locate a phone number, but none was listed on their website. I found a number online via Google, but the number is disconnected.

I ordered 2 dresses online with a credit card. They were cheap copies of what I ordered. I asked to send them back corresponding through email. They refused and offered the first time $14 credit which I refused...second offer was $28 refund which I refused...I asked for the full credit of $90. I am completely dissatisfied with this company and their products. I feel I have been robbed and taken advantage of. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I tracked it for a few days then it was showing my package was delivered so when I went to the website it showed that the website no longer existed. I order 4 pair of shoes and got nothing. They charged me $63.96 on January 9th.

I responded to a Facebook Ad for a trial sample of LaLevee anti-aging serum for $6.95 shipping fee. The ad used a famous person to lure me into thinking it was endorsed by this famous personality, giving me a false sense of security. Five days later I received a package, but it was not the product shown in the Facebook ad. The packaging was entirely different, even the name on the label was different. I realized I had been scammed. After a few hours of searching I found the website and looked up the return/cancellation policy. It stated to call the customer service number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and address to send the product back. In addition, they would cancel the ‘recurring shipment program’ which you are automatically enrolled in when you order the ‘free trial’ sample. I called and spoke to a Customer Service agent requesting the RMA # and to cancel enrollment. She told me they didn’t take returns and couldn’t cancel. Luckily, I had the return/cancellation portion of their Terms and Conditions on my phone screen and read to her exactly what it said. She tried 3 times to tell me they didn’t take returns. I repeated the verbiage directly from their website, and finally got an RMA #. It took a few more times of her telling me they couldn’t take the product back or cancel before she finally gave me an address to return the product to. I am sending it back today with tracking in case they try to extort money from me at a future time because the website terms state if they don’t receive the product back within 10 days of giving me the RMA # they would charge my card $119 and cancel the ‘recurring enrollment program’. This whole thing is a scam and the way they say you can’t return items or cancel enrollment when on the phone with them is all fear tactics. The only thing that saved me was calling before the trial period ended. Which was, according to the site, (one business day before the 7 day trial period). And being able to read, verbatim, the return policy written on the website.

I ordered 2 86inch Tv's ( Samsung, LG) from the dailpricedrops.us website purchased at $299.00 each (#35565) and I never received my order. I ordered this on March 30th, 2023 and I was told that it would take 2-3 days to process my order. The company mailed an email on March 30th, 2023 at 3:10pm with my receipt for proof of purchase They have 2 different shipping methods ( Fast Delivery which is not even available as an option is 7-12 days, Slow delivery which is the only option and that takes up to 15-20days. I received an email on April 3rd from DHL stating the package is waiting at the distribution but needs more postage to be released when I clicked on the email the package that they had was not what I had ordered. When I stated this to the email that sent this to me they immediately blocked me and I couldnt message them back. I need to be compensated please!

This is a website that solicits influencers to pay shipping for sunglasses that don’t exist. The three free sunglasses never came.

- Moreno Valley, CA, USA

They sold me a stationary bike that does not work. I contacted them immediately to report the multiple issues I noticed with the bike. Days later they accused me of using products that are not original to the bike and blamed for me damaging the bike thus using that excuse to decline issuing me a refund for this unoriginal/defective product.

There is additional problems with this bike, such as a grinding motor, which they continue to fail to address.

- Oklahoma City, OK, USA

I order two aeron office chairs on their website 2/21/22. When I received the original email from them they said it would be 15 to 30 business days before the chairs were shipped. I have emailed the company three times and they tell me that "Due to a sudden surge in global Aeron chair sales in combination with labor shortages, there is a slight delay in processing orders at all Aeron chair sellers" and that my order is scheduled to ship in 10 to 20 days. They have been telling me this exact same thing 3 times since 2/28/23. Apparent this is a scam. They gave me a ups shipping number - 1Z3Y621X0324550030 - but it shows that a label has been created but nothing has been shipped.

- Pine Bush, NY, USA

I ordered a shirt that was advertised on Facebook. When the shirt came, it was NOT the shirt in their ad. It was a very cheap imitation of it and you can tell at first glance it was not what I ordered.
