I found a walking pad ad on social media, went to the webite listed, ordered the product, and paid $40.60. I waited a week and reached out via email about the shipping status. I was told to wait 14 days. I waited another week. I went back to check on the shipping only to find the items now that can be ordered are for the TV series, Yellowstone. I started conducting research only to find very little about the company and any reviews. I have now requested a cancellation and refund. They are attempting in every way to keep the payment. They have my name, address, and credit card information.

I created an order on the website and followed all payment instructions. Had to contact the site and was told they're having trouble fulfilling orders, but was assured it would be shipped the following week. The order continues to remain on hold, and no one will respond to my messages anymore.

No phone number to contact them. Just a support email. Sent pdfs that were not at all what was advertised. I asked for a tutorial and was sent a useless video. I was also told I would get a refund but the few replies I’ve gotten says they aren’t processing refunds. I have not had any contact from the for over a week. I have tried contacting them again with no luck.

They attenpted to get me to pay for services I know nothing about and did not want. They were trying to get me to fill out application for refund, but told them I never paid for anything, so there should be no refund. I started to fill out the questionnaire they gave me but saw they wanted my bank acct. and again told them there should be no refund since I never paid anything and them told them I knew it was a scam and was going to disconnect, which I did, but again yesterday I see they are attempting it again. Originally it was for $299, but this one is for $699.99

Based on promotion advertised i shifted my phone carrier from tmobile to google FI. It seems they are running scam in offering promotion. i placed order for samsung s23 ultra successfully by their own agent. it got cancelled saying card were expired .but I received SIM card . which is surprising . the card used were good, its glitch in their system to pick wrong card or its scam. now they are asking to pay full amount. I am looking for same offer which were cancelled due to their system or agent mistake. because of promotion i shifted my carrier. I had very unpleasant conversation with supervisor . I am scammed with promotion. i shifted to save few bucks now i will end up paying too much.

This website is used to promote your stream (Twitch, Kick etc.) The website has you purchase tokens to use (i.e $20 gets you 2000 tokens/credits) which you then use to purchase the products on the website. However once you purchase the tokens/credits the product you purchase with the tokens does not work. They have no way of reaching them to discuss problems other than a Discord server, which they seem to ignore.

I purchased $20 worth of tokens/credits then used my credits to get a product that cost 1900 credits. The product I used my credits on did not work at all and I have no way of getting my money back.

I responded to a website that offered Bath and Body Works candles at a discounted price. The ad looked like the real website. I charged $22. I sent an email to them and they said the sale was so big they were behind. I contacted the real company and was told that wasn't their ad.

At a Lowe's store and clerk asked us to sign up for the "points" program. Scanned the QR code brought up by the clerk which led to a website that asked for credit card. Thought it was the Lowes points program. Entered data but then backed out of the website as unsure what it was doing.Never touched any "agreement" button on the website or saw any notation of signing up for any service or dollar value that would be charged for the service. $1.95 and then a $49.95 charge showed up on my credit card. Both charges have been disputed on credit card and made call to Crepgrit to cancel whatever "service" they provided.
