The scammer set up a website on Instagram that was selling Birkenstock shoes on sale. The website looked very legitimate. I made a mistake on a shoe size, so I tried contacting the merchant with the service email provided; there was no phone number listed on the website. I haven’t heard back. I reached out to Birkenstock, and ask them if they had an affiliated store that was an outlet, and I gave them the email address. They reached out to me, and let me know that it was a scam. Since then, I have also seen another scam using the Birkenstock logo on Instagram giving a different website.

It looks like a legitimate business on Instagram because they have thousands of followers and the products look real. At first I thought maybe because they are a growing business it would take longer but it has been almost 2 months and I have not received any indication that I will be getting my order. I commented on the account that I didn’t get it and they messaged me saying they probably just lost the order and they could get it fixed on Monday (which was another week ago). Now they have gotten two chances and I haven’t received anything. Also a few other comments on their posts from people who haven’t recovered their orders either. The people that are commenting besides them are just posting emojis which now makes me think they might be paid or bots.

They have called my business numerous times saying that we have signed a contract with them. They have refused to provide a copy of the contract they say we have signed.

We received an invoice from Online Services on Apr. 9th 2016 for a Basic Directory Listing worth 414.49 plus tax for a total of $468.37

We have not agreed to listing anything with this company, we have NEVER heard of or from them until this invoice. When I tried to call them on the number that provided of 1-877-745-2839 you get a recording and are not able to speak to anyone. I also had no luck trying the website.

I've got almost the same two invoices (Invoice Number and amount was the same) but date was entered differently ( m/d/y and d/m/d). It means Invoice was created twice.

We are seeking for this invoice number 8488 dated 3/28/2016 be destroyed. We did not nor will we ever enter into a agreement with this company.

Kindly send us a release letter stating that this was a mistake and that this invoice is null and void.

We received an invoice from one of those directory listing scams. It is dated 2/5/2016, it was received in the mail on 5/18/2016. We did not request this service, and we did not send any payment. In addition, the address for my business on the invoice is incorrect, wrong street number, wrong zip code, and wrong business name.

This company called about a month ago and said they were updating our online information and then sent us a invoice for 399.99 when they was no mention of a fee--just that they were updating our information. I told them that I was reporting them to the ScamPulse.com and we were not paying the invoice and they said that they were turning us over to collections. I hung up on them and they proceed to call us back on a phone number from Canada 4-5 times over--that phone number is : 705-722-7727

Second time I received an invoice from this company called Online Services. An invoice for $451.99 for "basic directory listing" they also included a yellow paper saying this account is now 45 days past due threatening to send me to collections. It looks like it is trying to be yellow pages using a similar logo with slightly different additions
