Terrible experience ! It was the yessir.com dept. of open commerce. It said open commerce on my PayPal account. It took 3 months to get item. Only because PayPal contacted them. I also saw someone had same situation w/ product quality. Nothing like image online. Then they kept saying they would refund me 10 % after 3 or 4 emails. I said I wanted refund because it was already 2 months. Then PayPal contacted them and it took another 3 weeks for piece of trash item showed up. Then they said they would give me 10% back and never did. Also they said image is different because of professional photographer - sorry not buying that. Here are the images.

I ordered the chicken lamp. What I received looks NOTHING like what they advertised. I received dollar store garbage. Completely different material, poor quality, shoddy craftsmanship and it won't even sit even on the table because it was glued together crooked. I contacted the company directly and they offered me $7.00 and suggested that I re-sell it. Unacceptable! I told them to keep the refund. At this point, it's not about the money. I don't want another honest person to be taken advantage like me. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. This appeared on my statement as "BEEKETINGIN MERCADOGIFT.COM" Pictures included of what was advertised -vs- what I received.

A scam. Bilking American consumers. Refuse to send a return label. Paypal said they r unable to investigate it. A scam. Bilking American consumers.

Scam! I purchased these shoes on what I thought was a QVC but it was not. When I received my shoes the box was wet and crushed but the shoes were not but they are too big, I ordered a size 7 and they sent me a 38. If I had known they used those sizes I would have said 37. When I contacted them they wanted me to jump through hoops instead of me sending the shoes back and refunding my money. I will never order from a website on Facebook again!

I attempted to purchase a billfold. After entering the payment information, I received a pop up stating something went wrong with my purchase and I needed to re-enter. Which I attempted many, many times with no success. I then contacted PayPal to cancel the pending authorized payment and was told the company would have to cancel the payment. I have been attempting to cancel this order and pending PayPal transaction since July 2nd.! I hope you are able to help me.

PayPal will likely refund your money, as that's what they are all about.
Collect every bit of info on them + some research on their scamming, to give to them, AND your bank, which will have an internet fraud division to "review" such things, but don't expect a lot, as they all really hate to give up Any money no matter if they owe it or not.
Go also to your local police internet fraud division, and same with FBI. Forget the FCC, it's a joke, and same for the BBB.
