We received a call from our Primary Care Physician's office questioning a order they received for Medical equipment that my husband ordered from Ortho Medix. They received a call from "Johnathan" at Ortho Medix saying that my husband had talked with them and ordered several items. Our Clinic just wanted to confirm that my husband had ordered the items. I asked my husband about this and he said he had not ordered any equipment from anyone. The person I talked with from our Dr.'s office gave me the name and phone # of the person who had contacted them. I called the phone number and a man answered saying "this is Johnathon at Orho Medix." when I asked him about the items he claimed my husband ordered and the date he spoke with my husband he skirted answering my questions, He definitely had a foreign accent and I could hear another person in the background telling Johnathon what to say. When I continued to question him he finally hung up on me. I called our Dr.'s office and relayed my conversation with Johnathon. This was clearly a scam. My husband did not talk with or order anything from this company.
