My sister ordered an item online for me from Our Modern (ouremodern.com) that I wanted to give to my wife for a gift and paid for express shipping on the 14 of December the shipping was supposed to happen in 3 days and it has never arrived but the money, $72, was taken out of the account. I have tried various methods of contacting the company via [email protected] but there has been no response whatsoever.
