False hope

This company is a complete fake. I believed everything they said. It all seemed extremely legit. Subconsciously I was afraid it was all a lie but had a bit of hope this was going to help my financial situation. I hope someone looks into this and someone gets punished for scamming people.

I received an email 12/29/2021 from a Laura Reiner [email protected] saying they were extending a job opportunity to me. I responded back saying I was interested in a work from home position. On 12/30/2021 I received another email from Laura Reiner telling me I was scheduled for a phone interview 01/03/2021 - 9AM-12PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). At 1:15 on the same day I received another email stating: We were unable to reach you during our scheduled time slot for the interview for the position of Inventory Specialist. We will try to reach out again within 1-2 business hours. I finally received a phone call later in the day from a recruiter at Outwills and did a phone interview and was offered a job. I received an email 1/4/2022 from Laura Reiner which stated:

Outwills would like to extend a conditional offer for the position of Inventory Specialist that would stand for 72 hours. If you do not sign the documents within the time frame, we will not be able to resend it to you. I received an email 1/5/2022 from Mary Foster (Supervisor) which stated;

I am here to show you the ropes during your probationary period. You are encouraged to keep in touch with me via chat and email messaging. I am here to make sure you succeed in your new role.

I will provide you with training materials, system access and more. Do not hesitate to reach out to me with questions or if you feel you need guidance with any assigned task.

My business hours are typical: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time.

Utilize the CRM chat when you can, this is the quickest way to get hold of me. I usually check my email 3-4 times daily and if you email me, you will likely get a response back within a few hours.
However, if you need to get in touch with me right away, CRM chat is the way to go. Just be aware that you are unable to send attachments via chat. If you need to send me a file, use email instead.

3. Once you complete the aforementioned steps, we'll schedule a phone call so you get a chance to ask any question you may have at that time and get to know each other a bit better.

I then emailed the Payroll Dept and sent them a W-9 form. I began receiving packages on 1/9/2022 and shipped a total of 9 packages to US addresses. My 30 day probation period ended 2/10/2022 and I was emailed from the Payroll Department that my paycheck was mailed 2/9/2022 via USPS. As of 2/24/2022 I have yet to receive my paycheck. I have emailed Payroll, Mary Foster and Laura Reiner several times as well as called them with no response. The emails I sent were returned stating:

Too good to be true

This job reached out to me through email, and just like everyone else here I fell for it. I’m mad at myself because I searched them up and I was on their website and it seemed legit, and I even ended up on another website called “Freedom Transportation.” (Apparently the legal owner of Outwills) I got a call from Laura Reiner and she told me my supervisors name and gave me a number to save so that I wouldn’t miss it and mistake the call for a scam.(face palm) I feel so stupid and sad over it all because I did everything I was required, and after I sent my first package on 1/24/22 I got a call from my supervisor asking how it went, we talked on the chat daily and she never responded late. Yesterday was the end of my probation period, and on 2/20/22 I believe I went to log in and it said it would be down for maintenance and would be back up on the 24th. I tried sending emails to my supervisor and it kept saying failed to send because the email didn’t exist. Finally I sent one to payroll and that too does not exist. the Outwills.com website is nonexistent. I texted my supervisor also and I have yet to get a response. Also, I still have packages that weren’t on the list, so I added them and they never showed up on the list, now I’m stuck with these packages and I don’t know what to do with them. I’m also scared because I gave them all my info. How do I protect myself from identity theft when I’ve already given all that info out? what do I do with these packages?

I have learned a valuable lesson. Research, Research, Research! Everything everyone said is TRUE! I knew something was up when the Global CRM website went down.
I also didn’t receive my check. 11 days of waiting! Today I gave up! And Researched I found this… You live and learn. SHAME on them!

Unfortunate Scam

I started Outwills at the end of December. The end of my probation period was January 31st, 2022. I have done everything they had asked of me. Towards the end of the probation, I received packages that did not show up on my list as they required us to collect packages even if they were not uploaded on the site. There were about 3 packages that I entered and never received shipping information to ship them off. Around this time is when the system went down and I was stuck with packages with nowhere to send them.

When first starting, I did not know that we were supposed to take packages even though they were not listed on the site. I did not accept the packages because they did not have my name on them and I made an attempt to reach out to Elva. She did not pick the phone up which is why I decided to not take the packages. She returned my call and I let her know that I did not accept the packages because they were not on my list and she got irritable with me and asked why hadn't I accepted the packages and basically told me to hound down the delivery person who had just attempted to deliver the packages. I didn't get in much trouble for it because it was only my second day and I was still becoming familiar with the process.

Something else that became a little fishy to me was that one day I just so happened to do research on my computer about the company- Outwills. Shortly after, I received an email from Outwills with a photo of their alleged license. I became baffled because I did not request this information from anyone at any point. Which makes it a little scary because it made me think, if this is a scam, they not only have my SSN, my CA DL, and at this point, full access to my IP number linked to my computer. I am not sure how damaging that is but there has indeed been a load of red flags that alot of us seemed to have bypassed. It is unfortunate because we all thought that maybe this was a great work-from-home job and the pay sounded really great. Now I am behind on a few of my bills due to spending a whole month not looking for work given that this job requires one to be home all day to make sure packages are accounted for. I hope they are penalized for this because it has many people in a rut. Not only that, the whole website is no longer accessible. The people involved are no longer accessible either. What a bummer.

This Sucks Sorry I Got Caught Up in it

After job hunting on several website such as indeed and monster. I received a response from the company Outwills. Laura Reiner contacted me by phone and gave me a run down of the job description and job duties, salary and so fore. I then researched the company to make sure they existed. After receiving the Employee Agreement and doing my research I moved forward in asking more questions via email. After those questions were clearly answered I signed the agreement and was able to speak with the supervisor Mary Foster, which made my COMMENCEMENT DATE January 6, 2022. She as well answered a few questions I had and I eventually filled out a W-9; so yes they did get some personal information from me. I was to sign on to the CRM database from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon-Fri. Not having to work on National Holidays. I clicked the link in the email Mary Foster sent to me: the-global-crm.com and continue to keep in contact with Mary Foster through the CRM database where I was able to CHAT with her and also where I was to receive packages, upload photos of the package and the items in the package, print out the shipping label that they added to the CRM, tape it to the package and proceed to deliver it to one of the carriers (FedEx, UPS,or USPS) and after delivery, add the new tracking number. I was questioned about the job by my sisters and my man, is why I did my research in the company. They seem legit after I read through their following documents: “ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS”, “How to Process Orders Step-by-Step”, “Workflow”, and picture “Step by Step Guide”. Getting closer for me to take my quiz by February 26th, On February 22nd, I attempted to log onto the CRM database only to find out it no longer exist. I emailed Freedom Transportation of HR Department, Sarah Hall my reimbursement receipts, only to get a bounce back Mailer-Daemon email. So I emailed Supervisor Mary Foster about the email not going through only to receive the same Mailer-Daemon email and thats when I knew. Went to look up company website and it was no where to be found. Sadly to say, that made it official that I have been apart of a shipping company scam. Just pay attention to the shipping label the company send you because the names looks literally made up and the phone numbers on them are not real.

I just want to bring awareness to everyone and anyone that comes into contact with these company that goes by the name Outwills. I applied through Indeed the job post post read urgently looking for an Assistant Manager, Customer Operations under a Company Called Dandi Motors and that it was a remote work from home position. I was excited to hear back from them after two days of applying, on that call I spoke to Laura Reiner who was the recruiter for the job, and she pretty much went through everything about the job. she told me what type of employee they are looking for, she broke down the compensation for the position. she was very detailed. After that introduction, Elva Baker my so called supervisor reached out to establish an account on there CRM Portal(https://www.global-crm.net/index.php) where I would have the list of packages I will receiving. After that Sarah from payroll reached and informed that I will start working on on November 29th, 2021, and that I will have be on a 30 day probation period. This is all my fault, I should have done more research about this company. Don't let this happen to you.

I also verified both addresses on their website and made calls and it’s not legitimate don’t waste your time get a different job they change name of the company and do it again

Scam/Possible Identity Theft!

As of today, February the 10th 2022, I have not received my paycheck!
It all started on November 26th of 2021, I received an email from Eleanor Chervenak, , re: open placement for only me as the Quality Control Assistant at CTI Inc.
Then on December 7th I received email from Laura Reiner, , urging me to take a moment to let them know my decision because they wanted to get the position filled in a timely manner.
On December 8th, I received another email from Laura Reiner, stating that they stumbled up on my profile on one of job search websites and that they have an opening for position of Inventory Specialist and that she thought I'd make a good fit for this open role...

I am very sad to hear that you chose that way of resolving the issue.
According to your employment agreement, all packages must be processed
for you to officially complete the probation. If an of the orders are
not processed and held reluctantly, it is considered as theft and
requires corresponding actions on our behalf.

I will report to our legal team that you not only refused to ship the
packages, but informed us bluntly that you will keep them. I will also
have to notify the payroll that they should not process your payment
tomorrow. In case, the packages are not processed by the end of the
week, we will seek legal action.

Don’t worry. There is no legal team. There are three women working in Ecuador I believe. She can’t do anything to you anymore than you can do anything to her. What is she going to do? Call the police and tell them you won’t give her back her stolen merchandise? These people!
If you didn’t notice, the CRM is ‘under maintenance’ until Monday. Likely they are deleting all the people they hired over the last 2 months and didn’t pay.

I approached Elva and told her I have multiple items that were never entered in the CRM and that are still at my home and I have actually continued to receive items. All I can do is throw them out, keep them, or turn them into the police. Elva asked me to enter the things I received into the data base and I told her I would be happy to do that when and if I get paid, otherwise I won’t be working another second for them. She continued the scam by saying that I should upload the pictures but not ship them until I get my paycheck, as it should be there today. Never came and they never even bothered to tell me they were sending a new one. I’m completely disgusted with this group of people. There is a special place in hell for individuals who do this stuff to honest humans. My advice is to not keep their stuff. This makes you almost as bad as them in terms of aiding and abetting their stolen CC merchandise. Not sure what to do with it, but I don’t want any part of the theft ring.

The scam started when we gave up our social security numbers on their W-9 form. The scam is not just processing packages for free and wasting our precious time while we can be looking for legitimate work. Everybody who got involved with this people need to start taking steps to protect ourselves from identity theft. Be clear: to date, nobody on this post has received a paycheck from these people. Regular mail takes 3-4 days to arrive, maybe 5 days during busing seasons. We're not getting paid.
Learn from this, protect yourselves and go get your blessings.

This is an Outrageous scam and Elva Baker, Laura Reiner and Sarah in payroll, yeah they all got me! I filled out an employment agreement and a W-9 with my social security number! I feel so stupid and exposed. My wife warned me that the whole thing sounded like a scam but I fell for the bull[censored]! Jan 24th, I completed my probationary period, waiting for a month for an imaginary check, while waiting for packages to process. I only given 4 packages for the month. I have been passively looking for work, but I could have used that time to dig in and find a real job. Now, I have $36 in the bank with no job prospects and rent is due. I wasted so much time and feel so stupid. There must be a way to catch these people. They're ruining people's lives. I feel bad for the victims and hope we all recover from this. Please remember if you signed a W-9 the scam isn't over. Please protect yourselves.

I live in Michigan, I also experienced everything everyone else has experienced with this scam company , called Outwills. I’m a college student with bills and loans and a tuition. I also was on a probation period, received and shipped out packages. Was told I would receive my first check in the mail within 10 business days. Never did, they lied there’s no business at the address they posted nor are they registered at the BBB in Romulus Michigan. People like this that absolutely love to play with peoples livelihood, well God has a plan for them, you can believe that.

It's a big scam since none of us have received a check. I was supposed to receive mine today but nothing came in the mail. They tell everyone the same story of issuing a second check. The office doesn't exist at the address which they claim it's theirs. Identity theft alert here. ⚠️ and these people might not even be living in the US.
