I had the same experience as Carter Becker posted above. I found the job on Indeed and was contacted by a Debby Nasuti. I replied to her email, but then was contacted by Laura Reiner in HR. Had my interview over the phone, Laura sent me documents/contract to sign and put me in contact with my Supervisor, Elva Baker. Evla showed me the ropes and gave me all my login info and I officially processed my first package on Dec 3, 2021. Same process that Carter Becker posted. I was just told Laura was in HR, Elva was my Supervisor, and Sarah H was Payroll. Long story short, my paycheck was supposedly sent in the mail around 3pm on Jan 3, 2022 and was told it would take about 10 business days. By day 11, nothing came in the mail so I contacted Sarah and she said, okay usually it takes about 10-14, but if you want, I can void and request another paycheck to be sent. I was told the headquarters were located in LA (I am in Vegas). So I asked if going to LA to pickup the check would be an option and of course, Sarah said yes. I flew down to LA, drove to 6255 W Sunset Blvd Suite 819. There is no such suite number, and the guy who worked in the lobby said he has never heard of OUTWILLS or Freedom Transportation at that location. I tried calling Elva and all of a sudden, when I dialed her number, it wouldn't even ring. She gave me a number for Sarah in payroll, no luck. Please do not fall for this scam like I did. Never got paid and I processed 45 packages within my 30 day probation, passed up 2 job offers, and missed out on holidays with my family because I had to "work".

I just sent a stern email to Sarah of the Payroll Dept. I have reached out to a job scam lawyer and have my reports saved to file a complaint to the FTC, identity Theft, and BBB!

Who do we report this too? I am supposed to get paid the 2nd and reading all these post makes me think I am not getting paid

My SAME exact situation. I’m reporting them to the FTC and filing a claim in small claims court.

Can you all still access your accounts? Or have they suspended that? We have to do something about this. What can we do?

Oh my! This is not good at all.

They are a fairly new business. Setting up in new states and acquiring new contracts. They are 3rd party fulfillment business for Amazon. As a inventory specialist, you are pretty much making sure the these vendors are sending out the correct product in the way they advertised (which is why we have to take pics and upload and report missing or damaged items). I also believe you have to fulfill all the requirements of your contract before you get paid. Are you logging in daily and reporting to your supervisor on the regular? You also have to pass that quiz in your first 30days. Also your supervisor has to report to HR that you completed all duties in a timely manner and submit a employee 30 day evaluation. If you did not complete the requests per the contract you will not be paid. Even if you worked. That’s how contracts work. Also you have to be cleared with payroll before they cut you a check. If they decide to keep you after 30 days, you will be put on payroll and paid every 2 weeks and complete all of your onboarding documents such as a w-4 and direct deposits etc. I was cleared today and told i would be kept on full time and received a confirmation that my first check was sent out. I will let you all know when and if it arrives.

I got told everything they told you and still haven’t received my paycheck

Thanks for the information I definitely plan on using it. Luckily I already have identity theft shield on my credit and personal accounts. This is all so very crazy. I wish this wasn’t happening to us. I’ll keep you all in my prayers. I pray that exposure comes sooner than later. God sees all things and no bad deed goes unpunished.

K. Chaquetta,

You can ‘believe’ all you want, but you will not be paid and yes, they do need to pay you if you worked for them for a month regardless of if they plan to keep you on. You did a job for them and the contract obliges them to pay you. And they won’t. Please be smart and stop working for them, you have enough evidence now to understand they aren’t going to pay you. Believe it, my friend. They scammed you because it was a really good scam, not because you are not smart or savvy. You are a kind and honest human who would never do this to another person and that’s what scammers hope for. I believe Elva Baker ( not her real name obviously) Is truly doing a job. It’s simply an illegal one. Meanwhile, go get ID Shield and Legal Shield to protect your ID and to file all your paperwork for this travesty of a company. link below…

For just 19.95/ months you will have 24/7 access to any attorney and full ID protection and recovery forever. Sign up for it today. This is a 50 year old multi billion dollar company that pays attorneys $120,000,000 per year to work for you for a very nominal fee. They will also help with adoption, write your will, take care of moving violations, protect your rights if you are detained for any reason. Everyone who has been scammed by this company needs this. I bought mine. E have all been miles, moving stolen goods for this company, Outwills. Now we have committed illegal offenses. Protect yourself now.

This company is a scam. It’s very sad because I liked both Elva and Sarah Hall very much, which makes it harder to believe, but also makes the scam work well. They are kind, they are there everyday and their website is legit as Is the packaging process and CRM. I sent out 16 packages and still have 6 products and 2 more items coming. It’s so sad that I worked a month and told my friends about my new job after running my own business and losing it to Chinese knock offs of my invention. I truly thanked the Lord I had found such a good job and I worked hard. It makes me ill to think I was helping these people fence stolen goods. Some very expensive stuff passed through my home and I’m devastated that I was tricked because I’m very aware of scammers and these people seemed very legitimate. Many of the signs of scams were not there.
Grammar was correct, they were available every day, multiple times per day and were very good at training. It wasn’t particularly easy and I felt, given the level of responsibility, the pay was fair. Not overly high.
Needless to say, I worked hard and my check has not arrived and I didn’t expect it, but I have reported them to the FTC, the BBB and to the California State Reps.

This kind of stuff must stop. I am devastated that I have to research another job and I am devastated that I was lied to so blatantly.
One of the reasons they can scam so well is because Elva Baker is doing an actual job, so she is there. It’s just illegal and if you continue to work for them, you are participating in stealing from innocent folks. Don’t fall for it.

Have you been paid yet?

I don't understand the scam either, other than they get our social security numbers for "tax purposes." I called the customer service number and left a message because I was placed in the queue for a callback-- no call back. I also emailed the payroll department YET AGAIN and offered to pay for my check to be sent to me first class with tracking provided, and guess what, NO REPLY. I'm aggravated.

this company is literally so weird. it appears nobody has been paid but what is the scam ? checks are sent out by mail so they don’t gain access to your bank account info .. like what is the scam here ? just time wasted and waste of money on a printer?

Have you all talked to someone in HR. They have a CS number. The number on the website is 1 (800) 530-5649. I have called but the Que was full and I didn’t want to wait. If you can get through let me know. I’m not 100% sure until I actually receive a check. HR reached out to me to let me know I had done very well during my probabtion period and they wanted to keep me on to complete the contract. I think it only seems like a scam because it’s a fairly new business and there is not much information online about it. But if you talk to Elva she will tell you whatever you need to know. I have spoken to her by phone, email and the chat. She will even give you her cell number to text her if you need anything. I’ll keep y’all updated. If it is a scam they are really good at scamming…and that would be awful.

I have a very strong reason to believe this company is a scam. Please be careful and apply for other jobs as well.

I “worked” here for 1 trial period month. Idk why I thought it to be legitimate. However, I finished my trial period on the 3rd of January 2022 and they stated they sent my check by mail. I never received a check. I contracted the “payroll dept” and they ensured me they reissued another check. Guess what? STILL NO CHECK. Beware!

I was told it takes about 10 days for the check to arrive. I sure hope it does.

It’s been about 10 days since they “reissued” my check. Also, for the above comment, I fulfilled all my duties per the contract to be paid. This company is super scam-ish.

I did. And still nothing.

did you contact them again in regards to the second check?

Have you still not received a check?

I started over a month ago and I’m suppose to be paid on Saturday. I will let everyone know .

Did you get paid?

Did you get paid? They supposedly sent out a check to me and I never received it.

I was approached through a company by email that I had applied for a position and was selected as an Inventory Specialist for a company called Outwills. I would inspect packages and then ship them to another address. The pay was excellent, hours were good and they even put me through a 30 minute interview and I had to take a quiz to learn about how to process packages. Once I started the supervisor Elva Baker was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. After I started I did some research and was a little suspect and told her of my concerns and that I was leaving the company. She accepted my resignation but prior to my last day she said she hated to see me leave as I was doing such a good job (what a liar!).I reluctantly decided to stay to complete my so called 30 day probation and that is when I received a letter from the postal inspector saying the company is a scam and the packages that I was shipping were bought with stolen credit cards so I immediately cut off all communication even though I still have a package in my possession. She has reached out to me via the portal and I have not responded. I am assuming that she has figured out that I have caught on as she has not called or texted me to ask about the location of the package. Stay far away from this company. They come off as very legitimate even with a website that looks real and has other positions advertised such as an HR Specialist. I even corresponded with a Laura Rainer from the payroll department. I am warning anyone who comes into contact with them to stay far far away. Fortunately I only worked for them for less than 3 weeks and never received compensation or came out of pocket with expenses. These people are slick and cunning and come off as very professional. I just hope no one gets scammed by them again.

Did you ever get paid ?

Received initial/random email from Mai Eckelkamp about a Quality Control assistant at FT Group Inc and to send phone number if interested. A few days later I received an email from Laura Reiner to apply to the position not on their website but with the link she sent via email. I was sent the job responsibilities and daily duties via email and PDF. The pay stated that I would get paid $4200 for the 30 day probationary period and $4800/mo afterwards. Said I had to be discreet with my work and couldn't share what I did to anyone. When I did the phone interview the interviewer said I would be the Inventory Specialist and I would have to receive packages to my home, open and inspect them, take pictures, repackage them and transport them to my local post office for shipment. After the interview, a few days later, I received an email stating I got the job and to sign the contract within 72hrs to confirm the position. I ended up signing the contract, but had some concerns about the legitimacy of the company and reached out to Laura Reiner about my concerns, and received an extremely unprofessional response-this job is a scam. I have attached screenshots. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Received initial/random email from Casandra Andringa about a Quality Control assistant at FT Group Inc and to send phone number if interested. A few days later I received an email from Laura Reiner to apply to the position not on their website but with the link she sent via email. I was sent the job responsibilities and daily duties via email and PDF. The pay stated that I would get paid $4200 for the 30 day probationary period and $4800/mo afterwards. When I did the phone interview the interviewer said I would be the Inventory Specialist and I would have to receive packages to my home, open and inspect them, take pictures, repackage them and transport them to my local post office for shipment. The interviewer proceeded to ask if I had children and their ages-super red flag! After the interview received an email stating I got the job nd to sign the contract within 72hrs to confirm the position. I never signed the contract because I knew it was bogus from the pay for the job alone.

Job offer paying 4800/mo for shiping pacages , work from home , reached out and interviewed after requesting dl picure and utility bill as well as w9 form for taxes .

Job was to pack and print shipping label and deop of to post office.

O too good to be true job offer and many red flags were raised , bo company address, no company phone number , no beground check, candidate was employed on the spot .
