I placed an order with Patiention.com on 12/05/2025. All they told me was pkg in transit no city state country or arrival. Tried to tell me I changed my address in transit!!!! NOT then I get a message pkg was delivered . I never got it! wouldn't tell who was delivering it. they were supposedly trying to work with delivery people but wouldn't tell me who. in January of 2026 they offered me 60% discount. I pd the price on website so I said I deserve the full price. they came back with an offer of 100% on January 11. would take up to 25 business. days at least by Feb 13. haven't seen anything. not sure why it should take so long they got my money the next day after I ordered mdse. not a lot of money but it is to me. hope you can help someone else from getting taken advantage of. Thank you
