Company advertising says 5 to 8 business days for shopping. Never actually send anything and give bogus tracking information. Company will refuse to give refund and give run around.

This company is selling a product that will never come. They take the money and will not do a refund when you don't receive the product. They tell you that it is in transit indefinitely, even though tracking shows only that a label was created and no package was ever delivered to the post office. They are banking on people not following up on the orders and just stealing people's money.

On April 7, 2020, I order two products from PelRing. Granted, the pandemic was just getting into full swing, but they should not have offered a product of any kind that they did not have in stock. It is now mid-August. Still no PelRing products. On July 29th, in yet another email exchange with their customer service department, I was told that the order was already shipped and was even provided a new tracking number. FedEx's website said that a label was created on May 4, 2020, as 2:52AM, in California. This is not the first time they have lied and provided tracking numbers. I've done research, now, and all I see are scam comments from others whose money has been taken, but no shipment from PelRing was ever received.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PELRING.

Update: They responded to my email and sent a news article link (2 month old article) as another lame excuse! Claiming bulk shipping delays. So STOP taking people's money for something that can't be delivered!
They receive ZERO stars from me! I order the Pelring in mid May 2020. I have 2 different tracking #s and too many emails to count from them blaming COVID, telling me it has been shipped but USPS hasn't received it yet. WHY? Still in China? I requested a refund many times from the vendor and from PayPal. Still no product and no refund!

Business refuses to refund my money even though I never received my merchandise. The business has no phone number so I have sent countless emails requesting a refund or a way to get my package and they refuse to give me my money back. ScamPulse.com rating is an F no wonder why. This company is a scam!

I ordered back in April around the same time as ordering things from other companies that had some delays in their shipping, the difference with pelring is that I have still not received the item or a valid tracking number from them. I requested a month ago for an update and they advised me to wait 6to 14 days, sent another request, after waiting another 14 days, for a valid tracking number or a refund and they tell me to wait FIVE more days for their shipping company to RESPOND to them! I then said no, just refund me my money. We will see it that happens or not.

I, like everyone here it would seem, fell for the FB/ IG ads after loving the Pilates ring at my local studio. Of course studios are all closed in the midst of the pandemic, so I ordered to have my own at home. Ordered: May 12th, got the same shipping notifications as everyone else "its on the way!" emails; checked in on status of shipment 6/12, got an email that "delivery is taking longer than expected amidst Covid-19 bc shipping partner is short staffed, but it should arrive in 6-14 days. Check back if you haven't gotten it by then." 7/3 I emailed again & got a "please accept our sincere apologies, we're still waiting for feedback from shipping partner, we'll hear back from them in the next 5 business days," response and I've not heard a. Single. Freaking. Thing. Back in response to emails after that. Do we report them to BBB? Do we get our money back? They certainly don't seem to have a problem sending out emails with ads for additional products. WTF?!

I ordered a Pelring in April. I have not received the product or a reimbursement. My name is Hope Maynard. I have sent emails and was told that the shipment would be coming that was two months ago. I checked the fake tracking number which states the order is still in California. It’s been in California for 2 months. Please help

I ordered beginning of May. I contacted through email about 2 weeks later saying that my tracking had not updated. They respond to your emails with standard responses about being overloaded with orders and that I just need to give them a little more time. I have requested my money back and was even told that if I didn’t receive after another 2 weeks they would refund my money! They are liars. Scammers, and DO NOT ORDER! It’s been over 3 months and I have nothing to show for it

I was target for this on Facebook. They blasted me so many times that I eventually caved. The product looked

good, an at home inner thigh and hip flexor exerciser for this hard time of not being able to go to the gym (covid-19)

I ordered it on May 22nd, got a confirmation that it shipped two days later, by June 23, I still had not received it. I emailed customer support and was told that due to covid, shipments were late and there was no shipping update. Went on a 4th of July holiday, forgot about it and now on July 9th, still no product. I have asked for a full refund and my next step is to cancel the product's payment with my bank and file a fraudulent report with them.

Do NOT order! You won’t revive. I ordered mine at the beginning of April. I have reached out to their customer service no less than 15 times and have requested a refund. They give a standard response to tell me to be patient. The 5-8 days is complete BS. This company should be ashamed! Stay away!

I ordered the exercise equipment in beginning of may and they have no info as to where my product is but they took my money of course 40.00 and its july and tgejust keep saying thru email that its on its way. They have no phone number to call. Please assist me

I ordered my Pelring over 2 months ago. I keep getting the story of it's in transit. I have requested a refund and they tell me they can't process it because the product is in transit. At this point I'm counting the 40 loss. Doesn't look like I'll ever get my product nor my money back. Whatever you do DO NOT PRUCHASE THIS PRODUCT. This company is a SCAM! Beyond done.

I purchased this item in april for 40.dollars and still have not received the item or received a refund..I even filed a numerous complaints with the BBB and still not have gotten a solution. This is the most terrible scam even though it's only 40 dollars if u times that by how many people are being scammed it adds up

The ads for their products appear regularly on Facebook. I ordered 2 products I believed would be beneficial to me. Payment was processed instantly so they got my money on day of purchase May 24. I received emails stating my items shipped. Never showed. I emailed the apologized and state they would contact shipping company. I contacted numerous times only to get canned responses. I asked for instant refunds and received canned apologies again due to shipping problems. Their website shows shipping within less than a week and contact within 24 hours. None of which has occurred. This is a total scam!!!!!!!!

This company is taking advantage of those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, by offering a product you can workout with at home, charging you for it, and NEVER sending it to you. They have no customer service number, and their customer service email is a gmail account.

Please remove this company and do not let them take advantage of people suffering from this pandemic! We have suffered enough and are tired of scammers such as this company.

I bought from Pelring on May 15th and received my confirmation there after. They gave me an order number which is 57370. I was expecting to recieve my purchase within the next week or two but i've received nothing and its been over a month and a half. I tried emailing the company twice since there's no number listed on the website with response given back. The money was taken out was taken out the day I bought the product and I only receive promotions from them, not an explanation why i haven't received my purchase.

I am still awaiting a package from Petlool.. It was ordered on May 29th 2020. Has yet to receive this. Am I going t have to have my attorney look into this? Waiting on a reply.

Purchased ring online after seeing ad on Facebook on 4/22/20. Paid with credit card and my card was charged $36. I have not received the product as of 6/23/20. I did send an email stating I have not received the item and when should I expect it o be delivered. RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. This company is a scam and is stealing the hard earned money of those that "purchased" the ring.

I purchased a PelRing off Facebook on april 24, 2020 and I never received the package. I messaged them and emailed them multiple times and they keep saying they cannot refund me because they don’t k ow where my shipment is. It is there policy. $40 lost.
