In my attempt to support small businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, I responded to an InstaGram ad and made a purchase on 5/4/20. Received an email on 5/8/20 acknowledging my order was shipped and was provided the tracking number (https://t.17track.net/en#nums=4202120892748927004800001281038669). Allowing time for delivery, I reached out to the contact info on their website on 6/2/20 and received a response on 6/4/20 which acknowledged their sincere apologies for all the delays and inconvenience as “we are receiving a lot of email inquiries lately. Anyway, I have checked your order and it shows that it has already been shipped, however, the tracking number has not been updated yet. I will make a follow up on this with our shipping department to have your order expedited.” On 6/11/20 I reached out again and requested a refund and was then was informed “ We totally understand where you are coming from but as much as I would like to cancel your order, it is not possible at this time because your order has already been processed and shipped.“

After noticing the back and forth, not to mention (now) this is the only means of communication, I went back to Instagram to check the reviews for this company, and it appears there are too many people claiming the site was a scam as they have not received their order in months. I reached out to PayPal for possible refund.

In the meantime, any assistance you can provide to cease this company name will be appreciated.

I ordered the Pelring from this company on May 22, 2020. I got a shipment notice on May 23, 2020 and a tracking number on May 27, 2020. Even as of today June 16, 2020 this tracking number cannot be found - "this number can't be found at this moment. It is not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later". This has been the status for almost 3 weeks. I am left with no information as to status. This company advertises on Facebook and so I visited their Facebook site today to see if others have had a similar experience. Virtually ALL community comments are from buyers still awaiting their orders with the same complaint of a bogus shipment number. Beware!

Ordered item advertised on Facebook 4/6/2020. Weird site popped up for tracking. No movement of tracking after 3 weeks. I reached out to Customer Service and got a response that there were delays based upon Covid-19. As more time passes, email response to my inquiries took longer. Told mid-May my order was “lost” but they gave reordered. I asked for a refund. Another week passed and another email informing me of another delay but no refund is possible. Today I was told I can get a 50% refund and when I receive product in 2-3 weeks I can refuse the shipment. It’s clearly a scam and it’s still on Facebook.

I saw the ad on Facebook and during quarantine with no gyms open it seemed like a good solution. It was reasonable priced so I thought why not. I can not stress this enough- do not give these people your money! I placed my order and received a confirmation. Then I received a tracking number out of china. Then I received a tracking up date (that nothing happened). I emailed the address on the website only to be told with everything going on they are having shipping problems and trying to find a way to solve this. I placed my initial order about April 11th- it is currently June and I have not received anything. and now they have stopped responding to me. I want my money back but I fear that it is gone for good.

i saw this on FB. It is exactly what I was looking for to enhance my home workout during quaratine. Price was great too. I ordered April 29 and as of today, June 11, I still have not recieved my order. contacted them several times, and got the same form answer every single time. (this is the form answer)

I paid $44 for the product on 4/13/20 and exchanged several emails with the company who assured me it was on its way but never provided tracking and has not arrived. As of today they have not responded to my last three emails.

This is advertised as a pilates type excersise apparatus. I saw the ad on Instagram in mid April of 2020. I ordered one for about $42 to workout at home. A month went by and no word from them I tried contacting them via emai land no answer. I contacted them again via email a week later and got a response they said they had too mnay orders and mine will ship soon. A month later I am now working with Pay Pal to get my money back. I have noticed that out of 100's of people who commented on their ad on Instagram no one has recieved this product! It is a complete scam. They take your money and dont send anything in return. What prompted me to finally report them is that they are still advertising a lot on social media and I am also getting emails from them as ads to sell their fake products, I hope I get my money back, but i also hope they can be shut down ASAP, before other people order this! I ordered mid April it is now June 2020! NO word of anything being shipped no way to get money back or cancel and no one else in comments recieved their product. Please help! thanks

I order the product on 04/29/2020 and today is 06/09/2020 and I still have not received the ring. They can't refund your money because the product has been shipped YET they cannot verify shipment. A scam - this is pure theft. I have had two responses to my emails not within the 24 hour window. This is ridiculous. But now the bad press will be everywhere.

On April 27th, 2020 I purchased a PelRing online after seeing it advertised on Instagram. I was sent confirmation of my purchase, an order number and a few days later, a tracking number for my shipment. When I checked the tracking information a few days later it did not supply me with any information. I wrote to PelRing via their website (there's not a phone number to call) and asked about the confusing tracking information and was sent an apologetic email saying they were overwhelmed by emails due to the Coronavirus and they'd get back to me as soon as possible. No updated tracking information was given. After two more emails from me inquiring into my purchase and its tracking information were met by more apologies but no specific details on the shipping or tracking information, I finally asked for a refund on June 5th.

I have not heard back from PelRing.

I found this website online and liked their product a lot. It was an exercise ring that was discounted at a great price. THIS IS A SCAM! I never got my product. Please see the email chain I received from them attached.

Purchased a product from an online retailer, PelRing.com, via a Facebook ad. I have always avoided doing that for fear of this exact result. My order was placed on 5/28/2020, I received a very poor excuse for a tracking link that goes to a page called 17track.net which stated my product had been delivered to a site in Hawthorne, CA. On 6/8/2020 I still have no product. I am awaiting an email reply which is the only way to contact the company, [email protected] I fear I will never get resolution.

On 4/27/2020, I ordered & been charged for 2 items. Thought shipping was delayed due to everything going on but I felt like it’s been ridiculously long at this point. Checked their Instagram page/comments and it’s full of complaints about it being a scam and no receiving their order. I sent them an email earlier on with a question about my order and they never responded. Their site says they respond within 24 hours.
