Was trying to purchase a puppy the compay looked legit but after sending an agreement apon deposit of 300. He kept wanting more saying couldn't send finalize without more which I wouldn't. would do a video call to show puppies. He sent a pic of the wrong puppy And a pic of his breading certificate but wouldn't video call for proof of puppies.Also found 3 other sights under the same profile that were his he claimed his name was charlie lennon but that was after i wouldn't give anymore money cause he texted my phone askingfor money. I also asked for a refund which i didnt get.His cash app id was ******** the name ******* *********. He only got me for 300 his sights are asking 1900. For these pups theres probably tons of others out ther

They market themselves as a legitimate British shorthair cat breeder located in Kansas. They only communicate through their website and email and accept payment through, ZELLE, what’s app and Venmo. They insist on using a shipping company that does not exist to have the cats delivered. They have multiple email addresses and phone numbers to receive payment.

I was suposed to get a puppy delivered to me & the contract was voided due to the company trying to get more money out of me. I have been trying for almost a week to get my money back. I keep messaging the company & they wont refund my monry after the customer services agent said it would be refunded. I have messages from him guaranteeing my refund.

So i went looking for some maltipoo puppies came across a site called "daze maltipoo puppies homes" so i came across some of these " fake pictures " of tea cup maltipoo puppies beautiful right!!! WRONG! in the beginning we emails but somethen wasnt right so i asked for a number the number came up as Pennsylvania he told me he live in Mayville City, North Dakota so i know we all have numbers that say one thing but okay kept talking all through emails finally i asked for a number mind you he selling the male puppies for $600 and the female goinh for $650 so somethen told me to google maltipoo puppies they going for wayyyyy more then $600 or $650 so i decide to head over to bbb.org and put his info in nothen came up okay so now im like he may be coo so he calls me this morning (sep 11 2023) and i couldnt hear him at fine so he wanted to play phone tag finllay get on the phone and what made me say "have a great day" is i asked him whats the differant between a "teacup maltipoo and a regular one' he said do mines cry and brak alot' lol wait you mean to tell me you as the breeder dont know the differant yeah bye sir .... he also sent me pictures (tag below) but he seem funny then when i asked for a video chat he like yeah we can but why...... dont go to this site PLEASE

Lea Putkamper, Lexi and Cody Winkler of Hickory North Carolina advertised two breeding dogs with AKC registrations and health certifications. When the dogs were to be picked up, we discovered that the dogs being delivered were not the dogs we paid for. They will not provide me a refund since I would not accept the fraudulent dogs. They have since attacked our business page on social media, our Google Reviews, and have made slanderous remarks. They have threatened us and told us that their son Cody was coming to our house "packing." Although we have tried to block their remarks, etc., they continue to escalate.

She's an illegal dog breeder. She steals money and promises a dog. She sells untagged. Unregistered. Sick. Illegal dogs. She promised me a dog and then never showed up . She's a scammer and abuses her dogs .

Tried to see cat’s following use of gift card for deposit, and was unable to see them. Then they were to be shipped to my home by said delivery company. Who said they needed more money for appropriate kennel for shipping.

This a Facebook “Company” that offers Maine coin kitten adoptions. My mother paid for the initial deposit and then received an email from the transportation department needing an additional (“refundable”) $400 only to learn the kitten was delivered to Tennessee rather than Fl and needed an additional “refundable” $1500. They have blocked all correspondence and scammed her out of the money she was left with from her husband who passed less than a year ago. She paid with PayPal but foolish enough to agree and pay through friends and family which is not covered under the protection.

I went online to buy a Maine c o o n kitten and pictures of kittens a peered, and then I got an email from the company saying that the kitten was $500 plus $250 for shipping. I told the man I didn’t have that much money, so he just let me pay for the shipping and when I received the kitten I could send him the rest, so I agreed to that when she was on the plane they told me that there was a fee for the electric crate of $850, but I would get that refunded back, so I agreed to that I got the tracking number and I knew where she was we’ll then a pug puppy that was on board had some type of contagious disease, so she had to be quarantined for a few days we’ll then before they could release her they said there was a quarantine charge of $950, but I would get that back when she was delivered, but I didn’t have it so when I contacted the man (jade) he asked me how much I could pay, so I paid $500, and he would cover the rest then when. So they were going to ship her the next day I would have her by 4 pm we’ll since they had her for a few days longer they wanted to charge me another $500, but I wouldn’t do it I told them no more money the other company that was transporting her was Boothdoor pet delivery.

I was scammed by chihuahuagarden.com on August 23, 2023. I supposed to purchase a chihuahua puppy but I didn't receive a puppy.

I paid $820 to Richard Clem (breeder), I used Zelle to send my payment for the puppy (Zelle to Arthur Young - [email protected] - REF# PP0RHR264V - I LOVE SEAN). I communicate with him thru text messages at (915) 339-3407 and email: [email protected].

I paid $1790 to Jack Reck (shipper of Continental Pet Relocation Delivery Service) for the Air Conditioned Pet Travel Crates Rental (thru Zelle to Delana G - (929) 624-7386 - REF# RP0RHS36V5). I communicate with him thru phone (915) 248-0451 and email: [email protected]. He said that it is 95% refundable upon the arrival of the puppy at home.

Later, Jack Reck informed me that the puppy is put on hold because the pet needs insurance at Saint Louis International Airport. I paid $1500 to Jack Reck (shipper of Continental Pet Relocation Delivery Service) for the Refundable Pets Life Insurance Fee ($700 - thru Zelle to Delana G - (929) 624-7386 - REF# RP0RHSS2F2 and $800 - Apple Pay to +19177497492379 REF# 8c0740758764). He said that it is 95% refundable upon the arrival of the puppy at home.

It's too late for me that my relatives and friends told me that chihuahuagarden.com is a SCAM and it is included in the list of Pet Scams at the websites.

Again after 8 hours, Jack Reck informed me that the puppy is put on hold again because the pet needs Vaccination and Rabies Shot at Saint Louis International Airport. I need to send $1300 and It is refundable also upon the arrival of the pet. I didn't send a money anymore because I learned that it is a SCAM. I tried to call him for the refund of the money that I send but he refused to give my money back. According to him that the puppy is already at Saint Louis International Airport. He said also that if I don't send a payment, FBI will arrest me for the abandonment of a puppy at the airport.

I lost for the total of $820 + $1790 + $1500 = $4110. This is a big lesson for me. As of now, many online websites are fraud. I need to be careful next time especially when I send the money.

I tried to contact my bank, ***** ***** to dispute or reverse my payments thru Zelle and Apple Pay. Since those apps are considered as cash payment, they can't reverse my payments and the money that I send to them are totally lost.

Sadly, the address of the breeder, Richard Clem: 5228 Saxon Drive, El Paso, Texas belongs to the real owner, ******* ******. The address of Continental Pet Relocation Delivery Service is 3324 Durazno Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79905 belongs to American Packaging and Supply Co.

I would like to request for your help. My bank told me that the payment transactions that I did will be reversed if I have a police report and FBI reports.

I hope that you can help me to arrest the people who are the victims of chihuahuagarden.com.

When attempting to pay a down payment for the puppy the account phone number for the Zelle was different than the contact number. They continue to contact for funds and become aggressive as well. Then when the funds are received immediately stated we were going into the bank, they stop all communications. Got a bad feeling from the start, glad we listened to our "gut"

He took 700 of my money for a parrot delivery included. I paid him with 2 transactions through cash app. Weird he requested it under 2 different names. Claims he jad a business partner. He went through castleanddelivery. I received a message from them they wanted 975.00 for a electronic crate n the bird was still in texas. The .sn asked me to send him 500 n we pay the rest. I said no I have no more money. You said delivery included. I looked up the delivery company n he put it under his name as joseph smith. Now thats 3 different names. I searched the internet n found a picture of him on parrots home but it says Joseph smith the same picture of the man is deceased

I was reached out by this person Carey Mattox. Stated I could purchase a puppy from them professionally and legally. I gave the seller $975. Seller SUPPOSEDLY took puppy to pet carrier company and I never received puppy or any further communication

We reached out through their website to adopt a puppy. After receiving many pictures and videos that look legit and a contract we agreed to pay the $250 deposit that they required to be paid through Zelle or Venmo. Once the deposit was made the communication because rare and often made no sense. They agree in writing to not have the final balance be paid until the puppy arrived. They also created a fake shipping website called Inteltransportlogistics.com to give us a fake tracking number. At this point they claimed to not remember saying full payment was not due until the puppy arrived and said the puppy was at the shipping company and would only be shipped once we paid. We said that much of their information was not accurate and this was not what was agreed to so we would not be paying this until she arrived. They then became aggressive and stopped communication when we confronted them about the scam.

1. Used webform for buyer contact information for Name, Address, and Phone Number

2. Was contacted through email with email address: [email protected]

3. Was told to send payment to husband that was different then email contact: [email protected]

4. Would only take Payment using PayPal or Zelle.

5. When used PayPal was told to use “Friends and Family” option.

6. Payment was sent and Seller claimed they never got payment.

7. I called PayPal and they said Payment went through, but seller still claiming they never got payment.

8. Seller keeps stalling with emails as to fake reasons not to ship product

They advertise Balinese kittens for sale. they promise delivery by a courier delivery service. they answered all questions I had perfectly. they requested 500 dollars per kitten, I asked for 2 so my bill was 1000 dollars. I picked my kittens off their web page. They told me shipping would be an additional 180 dollard. a contract was e-mailed to me signed by them in the name of Morgan J Noellie. i received text messages with info about the progress of getting the kittens from Florida to me in Colorado. the shipping company Skyline Pets Delivery Company www.skylinepetdelivery.com, corporate address 616 Hunt Corporate, Drive Lowell, AR 72745 contacted me and said they had the kittens and were registered in my name and would be shipping them out sunday night the 6th of august 2023 to arrive to my address no later than 3 pm monday the 7th. when it got close to that time I checked back with the seller and asked what was going on where were my kittens. She said to check my e-mail that she had forgot to tell me about the insurance needed to ship the kittens. I had received an e-mail from the shipping company stating I needed to purchase 995 dollars worth of insurance to protect the kittens. I read the insurance policy and noticed improp[er sentance structure and also they said the insurance was required by the SPCA and some government agencies that don't exist. I then knew I had been Scammed. These people were very good, very convincing and at times refered to their Christian backround.

THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A PUPPY AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE AIRPORT CAN NOT TRANSFER THE PUPPY IN THIS CRATE AND WE WOULD NEED TO "RENT" ONE ESENTIALLY TO "SAFELY" TRANSPORT THE PUPPY. $50 OS KEPT AND $2950 WOULD BE REFUNED ONCE THE PUPPY IS SAFELY DELIVERED! THE PHONE NUMBERS ARE DISCONNECTED AND THESE SCAMMERS ARE WORKING TOGETHER!

www.kimteacuppoodled.com, lavernesteacuppoodles, and cuddlesomepoodles.com are all fake site selling high end dogs but the are in various locations have no real business info available stop contact with u when u ask for it and list pricing at a fraction of any other breeder online. The pictures are the same for several of the puppies with different names and prices, and the sites are all setup exactly the same. They are bad people and need to be stopped.
