I have received over 20 texts and at least 1 call in last 4 days. All are reaching out to an Amia and all offering something to help credit - loan/grant/... most have a link within the text. #s cannot be called back.

Hello this is like my 4th call and they leave a message, by a lady, it's on my cell phone i do not answer calls, if i don't know it. People that call me have a picture and i know them. they leave a message that says "Considered as an intentional fraud and lawsuit has been filed under your name by the United States government you may call our department number 347-943-3703 repeat 347-943-3703.

i delete them right away but this time i made a photo copy of the message and now I'm blocking the number. They do not call me by name , my first or last name. Don't know what they are talking about, If I'm in a lawsuit for sure i would be getting a letter but they don't know who i am because they never mention my name. I don't appreciate these calls but i refuse to call them. and i won't

I got a call saying there is a warrant for my arrest. I know that it was a scam because if they had a warrant, they would come to my house.

I received an automated call that I had a virus on my computer and all my financial info was compromised. I knew it was scam because I don't have a computer.
