Call and say (falsely) that "You asked me to call you back. Do you remember that? I'm with US Funeral Expenses, and based on our records, it shows that you may qualify for a state regulated final expense insurance plan that's going to cover 100% of your funeral, burial and cremation expense."

First, they are using the wrong name. And no matter how many times I block the number they text back with another number the next day. Always with the same wrong first name. I have deleted and reported junk to my phone carrier. This has been constant for months.

I received a text message on my personal (unlisted) cell phone today, from phone number: 731-624-1078, not in my contacts, that was just a picture only, no text. It showed a woman's hand holding a bottle of wine, "Romanee" on label, with wine in a glass, nothing else. It instantly raised a red flag! Quick Google search reveals it's a well-known SCAM!! Don't click on anything or open any links, folks!

2e494c75-9b23-4573-a37f-cdd2ba52e585 I received an Email from someone ( as shown above - the Email address ) - It has an attachment, but I did not open it. It states that I have an "order" waiting. But, it seems different from the usual Yahoo mail I receive, and Spam. This came in my Gmail InBox. Thank you. My Email address is [email protected] Please let me know if you have any information on who this is, or why "it" has my address.

Have received two phone calls from this supposed law firm saying that there’s a lawsuit against my social assets. And to contact them. The number they gave both times was. 888-270-9142. I blocked the first number they called from and they called again from this number: 315-394-4187

All I got was a letter explaining about saving on mortgage rates and to call the information I gave on screen 1 of this report. I felt it was a scam, so I did not do anything with it except to write information in several sights like BBB. I do not know if they sent an email to us as we do not open any emails we do not recognize as ones we use. The only email address they gave in the letter was "my first & last name.Caresactreliefprogram.com" and the phone number on screen 1 that I filled in here.

Scammer claimed that they were providing legal service to fight Bank of America and Wells Fargo in a court claim that alleged those companies owed millions of dollars. They said that since we were card holders we needed to pay the fee to support the legal fight. They said to not speak with any of these companies or make any payments to them. They stated that if the companies called regarding a transaction to say the the transaction was approved. They also sent a letter via mail stating some of these same things. They were able to provide my social security number and my credit card information over the phone without being prompted. They charged my Bank of America card $13,489.92 without my permission. Scammer claimed to be a specialist Jake Wilson and Tom Moore CFO.
