The texter texted me "Do you have plans for the Fourth" (as in fourth of July). I thought it was someone who's number I recently deleted so I ignored it. Then they texted again "Hi, how are you." I texted back, "Sorry, who is this?" And they said "This is Delia, did you forget to save my number? Do you want to go to dinner tomorrow?" And I've heard that language before from the phishers. So I texted them, "I know you're a scammer". And they ignored me and said, "Sorry, I thought this was Tiffany. How long have you had this number?" I texted "You are a scammer and I'm reporting your number to BBB." Then their English broke down because they stopped cutting and pasting: "uhm please do this. Your biases won't help you." I said "The fact that your English is so bad all of a sudden proves it. I've reported you and I'm going to block you." They texted me back my name, they know my full name.

Call received 6/27/24 9:38 am. Caller did not identify himself or who he was supposed to be representing. Gave my name and address, have very important documents to mail from his clerk's office, Need a call back immediately to make sure the documents are correct before they mail them. If they don't hearfrom me my employer will be contacted. Gave the telephone number of 833-883-2869 and the case # of H24-2369 and repeated that information at the end of the call.

Claimed to be a sheirff from the cumberland county court house from carlisle pa stating they attempted to serve me court documents at my residence and noone was home. When I made the statement that was funny (because I was home and know they just show up and not call) he asked what was funny. I said if they need to find me they have my information they don't call so go try your call on someone else. He studdered oh ok and hung up.

I got a call from Leslie Gomez say that a claim is being filed by the country (I live in DC, we dont have counties). Now, this claim is not being filed against you it is being filed against ****** *****. I have been instructed to make you aware that my name and address is being listed in this claim. Mr. ***** still has time to make direct country with the office, filling his claim (never says what company this actually is) and to call 877-575-6185. When I call her back at 301-241-7581 no one answered. I was also transferred to voicemail (telling me the box was full) when I dialed 877-575-6185
