I attempted to order shoes from Dr. Martens and when I google the site, I clicked on the Dr Martens website link and proceeded to order my shoes. Once I order the shoes through PayPal, I received an email that I had paid Zhikai Trading Co., Ltd at [email protected]. I then received an email from [email protected] stating that I had ordered shoes. I immediately contacted PayPal and my bank to refute the charges. PayPal has yet to do anything about this issue, but my bank (Chase) is currently investigating the matter.
I need to report this page for fraudulent activity and I also need my money back. I have no idea what these people are using my home address and phone number for (seeing that I had to provide it for my order). I am worried and concerned this may be a money laundering scam or identity theft tactic.
I have additional photos that show proof of the website being a dupe of dr martens. Please let me know what else I need to do to support my complaint.
