I ordered a dog bed on July 18 and never recieved it. I've emailed them and never get a response. So i take it I'm out the $14.95 I paid.

I purchased a bed for free and paid for $14.95 for shipping and handling to have it shipped in 7-10 days as of July 5th and I have emailed them numerous times and they won’t respond and I have not received anything from them.

I ordered mine on July 5th and still nothing. I have tried to email them and nothing. Has anyone reported this to the FBI fraud department? Or what else can we do?

I placed an order for 2 dog beds on July 4th saying it would be 7-10 days and that I can track my order. When I go to track my order all it says is shipped. I have emailed them several times and have not gotten a reply to any of my emails! It is not August 19th and NOTHING!

I as well ordered a dog bed on July 22, received an email July 29 saying it was shipped and would take 7-10 days and still haven’t received it.. have emailed multiple times as there is no phone number and no response.. very, very disappointed in this whole experience.. I should have known it was too good to be true.

Ordered 2 dog beds July 6th they "Supposedly" shipped it July 7th. It's now Aug 13 & still haven't received them. Ive Sent numerous emai to their Support team they either won't except them the emails or no responses. Theres no other way to contact them. They already took money from my bank so I'm trying to get it back. Notified Shopify about this company. So we'll see...

Paid postage for dog bed back in late May, still not received the dog bed. Emailed help line of ponk Monk no response, emailed support no response. Trading standards don't help. Why should this company get away with ripping people off. It's not right.

Ugh... Me as well! Ordered early July, received the shipped email a couple days later...and that was 6 weeks ago :( I've emailed three times with no response. I hate that fraud companies get away with this.

I also ordered a pink pet bed. I believe I ordered in late June. They say they have received my money of $14.95 but when I email them they never answer. Question I believe I paid with Pay Pal so I will ask for a refund! Very sad that we cannot trust companies these days. I will post on FB that they are a scam. lets all get together and sue them.

I too purchased a Dog bed from ponk monk on 7/21 and got word it was shipped on 7/29 and promised it will be here soon! It has not arrived yet. I’ve sent out two emails to them and they have not responded. The thing is my dog doesn’t really need a bed. She has for one in the living room, one in the great room, one on the front porch and one in the camper. But she loves her packagea to arrive and She helps open them. Right now she has bladder cancer and it is inoperable. We don’t know how much time she has left, but we try to make her life as exciting and comfortable as we can! We refer to the pink stress-free bed we got her as the “ Pink Cadillac”! And every day we hope the Pink Cadillac comes in before it’s too late! Shame on this company for taking people’s money and not delivering the product and refusing to respond to them!

I ordered 2 dog here on June 29th. It was supposedly free her just pay shipping, it was about the same cost as I had seen, so I ordered them. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and never get a reply. I just want a redundant this point and I will buy them somewhere else, but I can't until I receive a refund!
