Wants to say. It looks like everyone here is having the same issue. They never delivered my item, they took my money, it's been over 10 days, and they haven't responded to any of my emails or facebook messages. I thought $17 for a potato was a scam but it looks like they took it to a whole new level. You don't even get the potato!

This company will take your money and will not deliver your item, nor will they respond to emails or facebook message's. I paid for 3 days shipping over 10 days ago. The item never arrived, I never received a tracking number, they haven't responded to my complaints, but they took my money. Its too bad such a fun goofy thing had to turn into a fraudulent waste of time and money.

Company is a huge scam. Have tried emailing, submitting a ticket, calling but to no avail, I have heard nothing back. AVOID THIS SCAM.

Stick with Potato Parcel.

I purchase a potato with a message and photo to be sent to my brother as a gag gift. The purchase never arrived and despite repeatedly reaching out they never responded to my inquiries. I’m having to contact my bank to try to recover my money.

I had a similar experience. Ordered a potato a week and half ago and have not received a shipping confirmation and recipient hasn’t received the potato. I have reached out several times to their “contact us” link with no response. Processing a chargeback through my bank.

I bought and paid for product. Never received a confirmation email and the product never arrived. When I emailed them they ignored me for several days until I threatened to put the charge on my account as fraud. Then they emailed me in minutes! When I responded again they ghosted.

I purchased an item from this company over a week and a half ago and I have yet to receive my item. There is no way to review this company online and I've tried reaching out to them 5 or so time via email and I have yet to hear anything from them. I have also noticed that there are other out there that are experiencing the same thing.
