I like all others ordered a garden kneeler and never received it. I actually forgot about it till I was deleating some emails and found that it was ready to ship. This was back in May , 2020. I ordered 3. I pray there is a Special Place for people like this who thrive on ripping hard working trusting people off. J van

I ordered 2 garden kneelers on May 14, 2020 and have never received them. I received the pouch but nothing else. I did receive an email that stated my order was ready to be shipped but that's it. Very disapointed. I hate throwing money away. I did email them but they never responded! I wonder how much money they scammed people out of.

I ordered a garden kneeler and seat back on May 5. I have never received a thing, not a email nothing. What can be done about this? Nothing? I see a lot of people having the same problem but no one is saying it was fixed the money or the merchandise needs to be sent.

My husband ordered a garden kneeler and seat May 2nd. Never received it. Reported to PayPal who took forever till September 14th to tell me it was denied because they showed them a tracking number saying it was delivered. It never was. We do not live near the street so the idea someone took it is not true either. It did not come or was delivered to wrong place. either way we are out total of 26.98

Ordered garden kneeler on May 5, 2020! Received today August 5th a little green bag with pouches, NO garden kneeler, Facebook should be responsible, it is one of their advertisers. Threw it away and washed my hands, might have the virus on it!

Same experience with the Garden Kneeler as those listed above. Ordered, tracked, and received only the little tool holder that was supposed to be connected to the kneeler. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS IT IS DEFINATELY A SCAM ! My credit union is working to help get my money back, but since it was an authorized purchase they may not be able to help us. At least by reporting this maybe it will save someone else from making the same mistake.

I ordered 2 garden keepers from Potentha on facebook on May 12th. On May 27th I received an email stating the product had shipped. It is now July 25th and I still have not received either garden kneelers. I contacted the BBC and they said it was from China a was probably a scam. They filed my report. That still does not get my kneelers. I tried contacting them and the email came back as not able to send. I think since facebook posted this item they should be responsible for refunds!

On May 16, 2020, I ordered the garden kneeler /seat. On July 14, I received the canvas tool holder. Several emails I sent to the address given on potentha website bounced back with note saying "mailbox full"!
I decided to contact PayPal to file a claim. The first step required by PayPal is to contact the seller to try and resolve the issue! I was not confident at all that anything would come of it. To my complete surprise, I heard back from Potentha, within 24 hours, and was given what turned out to be the original tracking number used to send the tool bag.
I immediately emailed back with that information. That email was answered by Potentha with an offer of a 50% refund! My reply to that was, since I paid for an item that I never received, I expected a FULL refund!
Received a PayPal email this morning saying that a FULL REFUND was given to me by Potentha!
Hope this helps some of you out there, who used PayPal!

As others have stated, I too ordered the Garden Kneeler and Seat. On June 3, 2020 I fell for the ad on Facebook so I placed an order. After 7 weeks of waiting I still have received only the tool bag. When checking the tracking and/or email contacts nothing is valid. I realize now that this was a scam and want to warn others to be wary of ordering anything from China. Always check where the product will be shipped from.

Ordered the garden kneeler on 23 May 2020. PayPal processed the transaction. Have only received a cheap, hardly large enough for a small screwdriver, hand-sized tool pouch a week ago. Many e-mails to Potentha's return e-mail address, everyone bounced. Tried to get help from PayPal, negative results too. Bought from Facebook ad like so many have according to the common-theme posts on here. Another 84 y/old who should have know better, but with the virus scare, did not want to shop in person. Shame on Potentha which I suspect is run by Chinese Commies.

I Fell for a bait and switch. Ordered a garden kneeler from Potentha on May 22, 2020 Through a facebook add for $22. Finally on July 11, I received a small canvas pocket in the mail. Never again.

Ordered the garden stool from Potentha.com via Facebook. Was charged to my credit card on May 4, 2020. Have not received stool and when trying to call all numbers are disconnected or other businesses they are pulling into their scam. Now I’m out $26.98 to these rat [censored] and nothing to show for it. Beware when ordering off Facebook, I have not had very good experiences with things I’ve ordered off there. Most merchandise is cheap and not worth what was paid and now this company scams money from their customers.
