I had the same problem as the person above. I ordered the garden kneeler over a month ago. They tell me it is on the way. Cannot track it. About a week ago a little tool pouch arrived. I didn't know what it was. Now reading the complaint above I know what it is. I had sent an email to the company and no response. Today I received an email saying it cannot be delivered. Mailbox full. I had seen the add on Facebook. I will now have to go through my credit card company.

Reporting a Bait and Switch Website designed to trick consumers into thinking they are buying one thing, when fine print at bottom says you are ordering something different of far less value. ********************************************************************************...⇄ Current webpage changed since my order to hide part of their fraud after exposing it to PayPal investigation.

Mother pointed out a Garden Kneeler with Seat with other tools listed real cheap so I ordered 2. The whole page offered the actual Garden Kneeler with extras real cheap, but at the very bottom you had to expand the screen to see in fine print it was only the tool pouch that attached to that Kneeler and Seat. All photos and heading and body text above said I ordering the Kneeler with Seat and other extras. They also said ships from their USA Warehouse. Ordered 2 to get free shipping. Seller uses PayPal. Never received any receipt from seller (only PayPal invoice) and no Notice of tracking like webpage offered. 3 weeks later after no reply from seller I filed a PayPal Claim then Seller created tracking Number several days later. A month later still waiting, and tracking said it shipped from China instead of USA. Exchanged several message with seller via PayPal, asked many questions, none answered. Only boiler plate replies via PayPal saying already shipped a week before tracking showed shipping and still not here. After listing items I ordered and other garden tools shown coming with order seller kept changing the listing, first removing other tools, then modifying to say at very bottom of listing the all tools above purchased separately and only tool pouch included. Last 2 weeks said processed by USPS, but my USPS informed delivery has nothing listed as in route to me.

Even PayPal entry falsely says item was clothing, because suspect the canvas fabric tool pouch is shipped instead of tools ordered, yet PayPal entry lists the full heading of "Garden Kneeler with Seat and includes tool pouch" but price was as low as for Tool Pouch Only.

Seller still refuses to confirm what is actually shipped, (Tool Bag only, or Kneeler and Seat with tool bag). PayPal still not resolved case yet, while extending investigation requesting more info from Seller month and half since order.

Just want to warn others to be careful if shopping at ********************************************************************************...⇄ because the information on that website is not trustworthy and the listing keeps changing after orders are placed.

I have a PDF copy of the webpage I ordered from and the one today is much different than my order, as though they are trying to hide their exposed scam, and still makes it able to trick new buyers if not careful.
