Ordered kid's hoodies with advertised 70% cotton, after long time received items with 95% polyester. Customer service refused to answer complaints, provided service phone is not valid. Avoid this company !

Purchased a hoodie in May 2024. It's now Aug and have not received item. Website did not clarify item was being shipped from China or I would not have ordered. I have emailed asking about refund and I get generic email every time. Would not recommend buying from them . I should have checked reviews before purchasing from this company.

I ordered from SeedNerds because I thought the seeds came from California. The prices seemed good too. Turns out it was a scam. The seeds came in tiny little packages with handwritten numbers and a corresponding seed names on a piece of paper. The numbers were illegible. Some of the items were not listed. Many of the items were clearly incorrect. There is no way that these are heirloom open poll...seeds. I am going everywhere I can to warn against them. I can't believe I fell for this. I should have searched reviews first. Feel very stupid and hoping to avoid other people feeling the same. I will be contesting this with my bank.

The Seed Nerds website is nicely made and talks about being a family started small business in California with a 50 acre demonstration garden. The seeds are advertised as being heirloom, non-GMO seeds. Many are advertised as "native." I got taken in by the great variety of species offered (that should have warned me right there) and ordered some seeds.

I grew concerned when I didn't get a shipping notification in the next few days. I went back to the website to check the status, checked tracking, and found my order was shipping from China. At that point, I contacted the company via email because I felt like I'd been mislead about their company and sourcing. This began a long chain of emails to and from a company called "Premier Trust Store" which is apparently behind the Seed nerds website. Most have been super generic and feel AI generated. None actually addressed my concerns. At this point I did what I should have done before ordering, and I checked online for any reviews or info on the company. I found many complaints posted on the company's facebook page.

Eventually, long after the shipping time frame advertised on their website, I did receive an envelope of seeds. They were in little plastic bags with a paper that said which species were in each bag. They did not look like any flower seeds I've planted before. I searched online for pictures of each species I'd ordered. None of the seeds I were sent looked anything like the species they claimed to be. Some of my favorites-- a bag that is supposed to be a Pollinator mix of a bunch of different flowers-- I was sent all one variety of seed (and it doesn't look like a flower). Another great one was a milkweed plant. The seeds they sent look like lentils. Obviously I'm not going to plant these because i have no idea what if anything would grow from them. I've sent pictures to the company and asked for a refund and keep getting very generic responses. I've filed a complaint with Paypal. Still waiting to see if I get my money back.

Purchase was from Seed Nerds. I kept emailng them looking for order number. Got that but no tracking number. Been almost one month. No products sent to me. Phones numbers they list are out of order. I did get multiple generic emails from Premier Trust Store. So somehow these to companies are linked?
They got this elderly disabled "indegenous native " for 33 dollars.
So im going everywhere on internet to warn people and give them some free advertising.

I ordered boots on 2/10/24. when i hadn't received a shipping confirm by 2/20, i contacted the company via their order confirmation email. I contacted the company apprx 6 times, requesting a cancellation, they'd send tracking info, which was a bogus website. I'm attempting to resolve and get a credit from my credit card company

Ordered name brand jeans, contacted by 4 different company names. Disputed this charge after finally receiving knockoff junk. Not even a close resemblance to the brand name.

They are horrible...to deal with trying to return something. I know after at least 25
e-mails I will NEVER see my money! I bought a pair of boots from The Boston Boot company. What a flipping joke! It's a scam for sure.

These people would have to be right up there with the most reprehensible scam merchants on the internet.

I purchased a pair of size 44 casual shoes, and after an extremely long time a pair of size 41 arrived.

I immediately advised them within 24 hours of the error, and within 48 hrs, was contacted by a ‘Donna’, who gave me the option of a replacement or a refund.

I opted for a replacement, and after 2 months , contacted them to see where the item was.

After 48 hrs I received a ‘scripted’ response, advising me that my claim was beyond their ‘so called’ 30 day warranty.

After three more attempts to draw their attention to the history of the transaction, ie dates etc., I received the exact ‘scripted’ response that they no doubt use for all dissatisfied customers.

My advice to anyone considering a purchase from Premier Trust Store, is DON’T !

Better to donate your money to charity, or burn it

My husband bought me what he thought was a pair of UGG Tasmanian slippers from this company. When they were delivered, they were absolutely not. UGGs and I have sent numerous emails to try and get a refund with ambiguous answers back. Frank, since, they want a video of my product? That’s insane. We filed for a return within their directions and still nothing.

Thank you,

I ordered men's size 13 crocs and the company sent men's size 10. I notified the company by email on the same day the package arrived, and included a photo and a copy of my purchase order. The company replied that "our response time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days" but it's been five weeks and Premier Trust Store is no longer responding to my correspondence. This is a disreputable seller.

I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend that said "Let Me Sleep". After a couple months I received a shirt that said "Smile". When I contacted them the response I got was as follows "We have reviewed the photo you sent and would like to confirm that we have sent the correct item with a variant that we currently have in stock." In other words, we didn't send what you ordered but you got a shirt so live with it. I was told I could send the other shirt back or keep the wrong one at a 10% discount. I wasn't about to ship back a cheap shirt at my expense, not knowing if they would ever honore a full refund.

Comfy Cargo Pants, is using Judy Blue’s images to sell their counterfeit merchandise.
The jeans are junk and must be thrown away.

1. The jeans are not the color I ordered.
2. The jeans are not the quality I’ve ordered in the past.
3. the pockets are too small and the rise is too low.
4. They are too small for me.

I requested to Please refund me for 3 pairs of Not even real close Judy Blue Jeans.
I never heard back from them.
I was totally scammed.

I am in the process of the same problem. 2 pair of “Judy Blue” jeans that are most definitely not Judy Blue. After two weeks of asking for a return label I was sent an address to return the pants. Went to the UPS store and was told it is $214 to send these crap pants to CHINA.
Needless to say, I’m stuck with two pair of jeans that I don’t want and my “return window” has passed.

Hello!
I bought a sofa cover with the enterprise Comfy sofa cover , the amount 55,39 , its okay for that.
But they take me in addition 470 dollars and i don't know why ! i saw that in my bank account and then i'm trying to reach them on phone or e-mail and clearly they avoid me for an explaination about the 470 dollars.
Thank you

Back in July I ordered some size 17 shoes for my son. It took over a month to get them. They gave me the wrong tracking number to begin with. When I did get them they were all wrong they were size 14. I have been emailing them for 3 months to correct this, each response has a different persons name. They just want to offer me 20% off the order and I get to keep the WRONG item.
Now they are claiming that was the correct item, based on what they had in stock. I keep telling them I want my correct items. Ive had enough and just want my money back but I cant even get that.
Refuses to correct the problem

UPDATE: I have now found out that not only did I get the wrong items sent to me on purpose. The company is advertising and selling items they knowingly DONT EVEN CARRY. After many emails they are willing to refund my money but none of the shipping. NONE of this would be happening IF they would have be honest about what size and products they carry. And would have just contacted me to let me know they couldnt fill my order CORRECTLY. THEY OWE ME FOR SHIPPING AND MY FULL REFUND FOR THE PURCHSE.

Ordered a product on USA Camp Zone and was to be shipped and delivered within 10 days. I have not received the product and they refuse to provide a refund and no information if the item has been shipped and when it would be received.
