I ordered Bunion Corrector Sandals (Order no. 120492) on April 8, 2021 and paid USD 34.90 with my Visa card. I received an order confirmation but no tracking number. I sent several e-mails and always received automatic replies from "Samantha" saying there were delays due to Covid. Tried the phone number - it's not valid. How can I get my money back?

This is a scam. Only automatic replies to e-mails, no tracking number, the phone number is not valid. They have an address in Hong Kong but no corresponding number. I ordered Bunion Corrector sandals in April 2021 and sent several emails with no result. How does one corner these people?

I ordered 2 paw print pads. I want my money back now! I have emailed and emailed and have gotten no human response. Instead I keep getting emails saying my email has been blocked. I placed an order on January 5, 2020, they immediately charged my card for $99.95. ORDER 114266. I ordered the New Drawer type shoe box. I was able to get a tracking number finally but only because I have this app called shop. My order was in New York forever and when I finally received my order (today) and you would not believe the shoes are pair thin plastic that you fold together and my shoes do not fit. I am now looking to see if I can get a refund but once again they want me to pay for the shippingand they said I would only be refunded if it is approved and I won't know until I receive the order back. I am not taking that chance. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

I purchased two corner shelves for a shower. Item was advertised [censored]ding 10 pounds. One small bottle of body wash and it hit the floor busting the shelf. Now I find the item will have to be returned to Hong Kong when it was sent from NJ?

I ordered $297 in various products at the end of October so I were oils have in time for Christmas. I have never received anything past an email saying I would be informed when it egg BD are shipped and why not buy more right now with our generous 20% off offer. Well. I’ve not reviewed that email letting me know my items were shipped. I’ve contacted them 5 times FIVE with zero response! I ordered some plastic shoe boxes so my daughters dog wouldn't be able to chew them up. I to was told that my package was ready to be shipped and it is still ready to be shipped after a couple of weeks. According to everyone else, there is not reason to try and contact them as they won't answer or send a automated e-mail. I am out $29.90 but will dispute it as I used PayPal.
