I placed an order for several different items to try. This was back in March. To date, I haven’t received my items. Sent numerous emails. No reply. Just an email about, due to covid delivery is backed up. At this point I really just want my money back

I ordered 2 dog beds on March 23, 2020 haven't received the order. I too have emailed but received the blanket response it was due to Covid. I tried to email today (9/24/2020) and their contact email no longer works! My purchase was for $72.44.

They sent a product that was not even close to what I ordered from their website. I ordered a full size ring-light and they sent me a light as big as my palm. It was garbage. Also wouldn’t contact me back when I reached out about a return. They charged me $80.

I ordered almost $200 worth of shoe storage boxes that have a moving platform that brings out the shoes from the box. I canceled the order after it took so long to get it.They sent it anyway, never respond to any emails and I want to return the items because they are junk! No Platform, shoes won't fit inside! How are they allowed to keep ripping people off?

I bought a hand held dust mite vacuum 6/1/2020, today Agust 31 and no vacuum yet. The worst thing was I used capital one card total of 52.55 they Olson took 57.74 out of my bank account. Clearly they are thieves!

I ordered three things from them back in the beginning of June and have not received it. Got confirmation and tracking and it lasted a couple of weeks then disappeared. No one replays when you email them, just a message wanting you to purchase more, while they laugh in our face and still our money. Never again will I order from them.

Order is from 06/30/20 The order number and the tracking number I have tried on their tracking app and it gives me no information. When I email this company they emailed me back a generic email. Not answering any email information that I asked them. Somethings fishy here.

I ordered a pen set a few months. Only now that I got a tracking number but when I clicked on the link it basically told me due to where the pen set would be coming from I wouldn’t be able to get it. And that I might as well give up on waiting for my package and just ask for a refund

Ordered some sanitizer on may 23, 2020 to the amount of $33.00. I have not yet recieved it and they says it's because of shipping delays! The fact is, they probably aren't going to ship it but yet they send n me text messages to buy other products---- ah NOOOO! I told them I would report them to BBB if not received or refunded!

Placed order on 4/18/2020 Received conformation and tracking information Notice that is was shipped and got several updates then tracing disappeared. Multiple E-mails get the same generic response and using the e-mail listed on their web site gets undeliverable Now 18 of July and still no product

I ordered a pair of bionic knee braces and paid 49.95 US dollars. It took 4 months to receive the package and it was not even what I ordered. It was a cheap small spring type knee support that goes on the back of your knee with Velcro straps that would be much cheaper than what I ordered. What I ordered was 3X large metal braces with hinges on the sides of them.I have not been able to get answers at also from them by email and they have no phone number. The first picture is what I ordered, age the second picture is what I received after waiting 4 months.I was ripped off!
