Ordered an item online from prettywish.com in January 2021. Received faulty tracking information from the start.

Based on one other review about this company I have had the same experience. Have contacted the company support via email. at least 11 times. They pretty much stated the same thing in each of the emails. They have not responded to the last 2 emails. I have lost $100.00. As of August 2021 i have not received the item I ordered or a credit to my cc.

Ordered couch covers for over $100 in January 2020 and to date, according to them the package “will arrive soon”.
After numerous emails complaining they still say “package on its way”.

My family member ordered a product from the page Pretty Little Wish last October (2020), because of the COVID pandemic we did not expect the product to arrive expeditiously, but still the website said to expect delivery from 15-28 days. During the first few weeks we noticed the tracking number provided by the company was not working, to this day that tracking number has never worked. We contacted the company in December asking for the status of our order and asking why the tracking number didn't work, they told us that there might be some issues at the sorting facility and that they would personally look into it and "If the package that we have sent is stuck and will take time to get delivered, we will send you another package right away." A few days later we contacted them again and got the same response verbatim. A month has passed since that last interaction and we have not received any further information from the company regarding our order. The tracking number still doesn't work. I believe the package was never sent. It is now January 14, 2021.

When it became apparent in December that something was wrong, I took it upon myself to research this company and what I found was pitiful. Many people have gone through the same ordeal as we have; fake tracking numbers, vague email responses with empty promises & an undelivered order. It seems this company is running a very elaborate scam.

On their terms and conditions on their website they're cited as PrettylittleWish.com and Stodge, LLC d/b/a Postscript.
