I ordered sofa covers on 22nd Jan, now 1st July and nothing. Despite several complaints all I receive is placatory replies. Have now instigated a complaint through my credit card company. Don't know if this will be successful, will let you know the outcome.

Ordered sofa covers on the 10th of January. It's almost July and they still haven't arrived. Every time I mail them, they diligently reply saying it'll take two to four weeks. And not the pandemic has given them another reason to justify the delay. Well, the order should have arrived much before the countries went into lockdown. Going to file a dispute against them with my credit card company. Anyone had success doing that?

I have ordered sofa covers January 4th and got the order #27034. I have emailed several times asking about my merchandise or money back. But I have been told due to it being out for delivery I can not get my money. The tracking number 92748927005075010010036295 can not be found with the usp and I have not received my merchandise. It shows it has been in Fermont California for months.

I ordered sofa covers last 8 January 2020 and never received the item nor any refund until this date 12 June 2020. Been sending follow up messages and just receiving automated responses and fake trackings. I spent over 80aud for this and got nothing back. This is completely a SCAM and they should call themselves Pretty Little LIARS! They should remove their page in Facebook and stop scamming more people.

I ordered a necklace on April 20 and I’ve received nothing. I’ve emailed them 4 times and messaged them twice on Instagram. Guess I just got scammed! Disgusting to take people’s money at times like this.

I had exactly the same bad experience. Ordered on 21 January 20, didn’t received anything until now. Got same generic responses, ask for refund and they refused. When I ask for visa payment cancellation it turned out that cancellation time with the credit card is only 90 days. Stay away from those thief’s. I would like to report the authorities, how can I do it?

Pretty Little Wish is operating just like Prettylittlesofacoves.com who has been sending me vague replies about my shipment. There are many other names for this company: My lovely Covers; Sofa Cover's Shop; Most beautiful Sofa Covers; Sofalush: and more names that showed up in ads before I put two and two together. Those I mentioned all share support@prettylittlesofacovers email address and share a logo. Pretty Little Wish has different email and logo but all else is same MO. Horrible. We all need to contact Facebook.

I ordered in January 2020 and as of April I received nothing and filed a chargeback with my credit card company. It is now June and I finally received them (after I tried multiple times to cancel and have gone out to buy elsewhere and received in a timely manner). Problem is I only received half of my order, wrong color, and they are NOT waterproof as they claim. My dog got a water bottle destroyed on the coach and it shocked through immediately! I would not recommend purchasing from this company at all!

I ordered 2 sofa cover last January 2020 I spent 80 Canadian dollars. I emailed them twice this is the reply.

"Good day, and I hope all is well, Maria. I understand that you would like to check the status of your order. Upon checking your order was already forwarded to the post office.

We also want to give you a heads up that there will be is a slight delay in the delivery, since all the packages are subject to disinfection and inspection. Please bear with us and we should be able to provide you with the details of the shipment as soon as the package enters the country of destination.

We never intended the delay to happen, there are just some circumstances that are out of our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding"

I saw the Pretty Little Wish ad on Facebook as well and placed my order in Jan 2020. They took my money of $150 for three sofa covers and these covers never arrived and it’s been almost 6 months. I got the same excuses as everyone’s when asked where my order was.They provided 2 tracking #s that do not work.

I am convinced now that I just been scammed. I am going to file a complaint with Facebook to stop their scam advertisement and will file a complaint with my credit card to get a refund.

Total scam artists - I ordered a necklace as a gift for my niece. Company sent emails about it being shipped "soon", never provided a shipping number. After a month, I requesting the order be cancelled, and they claimed it could not be cancelled, and they could NOT refund once the order went to the shipper, etc etc. They would not provide a shipping number. I have filed fraudulent charges with my bank.
Avoid this place at all costs!

I ordered 3 pieces from Pretty Little Wish on April 23rd. There was a mistake on my order so I tried contacting them, got no replies back. Called them and the number goes to a recorded message, there’s no one to talk to. They say my order is in process, than later shipped but still in process. They said time may be longer cause it’s a special order. Anything to keep me quiet for a few days. Their not processing my Order, they have no intention of sending me this product. Time to call my Creditcard Company and report this scam.

October 30 2019 I ordered two. Paid just under $130 NZD. I told them I needed these by Christmas. They said their delivery was six weeks so they works arrive. They did not

In jan I asked for a refund as the event I needed them for was past plus they had not arrived. I got mucked around then they claimed they would resend as my parcel had been ‘lost’. I said no. It’s too late now can I have my refund. No response. I chased and chased until today they tried telling me they had delivered in jan. I disputed this (as nothing arrived) and the tracking number they gave me, the nz post call centre said doesn’t exist. I asked again. For a refund and said if they won’t do that I’ll report this as fraud. Their response was to block me from their Facebook page and e mails and refuse to speak about this further.
I did report it and was done several reports have been made. I’m not the only one scammed by these people.

I just want my money back. People like this shouldn’t be allowed to continue

I reported them to police who informed me they are known scammers. Take the money with no intention to deliver at all. When I told them today I wanted a refund or would be reporting them, they blocked me. Which is proof right there of their fraudulent activities

Stay well away from these thieves.

i had a bad experience with pretty little wish. i ordered my sofa cover on 10th feb and spent AU$76 but haven't got my cover yet. Even i tried to contact through call and emails number of times but didn't got any response yet. I would never recommend this to anyone. I am very disappointed.
