provided a tracking number. On 01-22-2025, I emailed them again asking for a phone number to speak with a supervisor since my order was still showing as not shipped. I was told they did not have phone support and that my order was “lost in transit” so they will reship a new order. On 01-23-2025, I emailed them asking for a refund since it had now been over 30 days since I placed my order and I haven’t received my items. I was told that they would look into it and that it would take 24 to 72 hours to provide a resolution. On 02-11-2025, I emailed them again for an update and again stated I wanted a refund. I was told it would take about 5 to 10 business days to process a refund. On 03-03-2025, I again emailed them for an update and stated I was still waiting for a refund and that I was going to contact
the ScamPulse.com since they have not been able to resolve my issue. On 03-08-2025, Noah, who identified himself as the business owner, responded and stated he was just made aware of this issue and he would resend my order and give me a 20% credit. On 04-15-2025, I emailed them once again stating I still haven’t received my items or my refund and that I just wanted my refund. Noah responded and stated it would take
“a few days” process a refund. It has now been over a week since that last email and over 90 days since my initial refund request and I haven’t received my refund. I looked up reviews for this business and it turns out they have done this numerous times. A lot of people complaining that they never received their orders or refunds. This needs to be stopped.
