Shopped a sale on Facebook listed for a company called Lovenfaith which delivered for a friend. At the point of purchase it switched company name that my card was charged to Outfitdealx (which I only noticed upon charged receipt.) The money was taken from my charge card by a company listed as vowneshirt.coca.

No phone number or email for either of the last 2 companies. And no contact or delivery of merchandise.

I saw an add online for these jelly bras that were supposed to be so comfortable. So i bought 4, as i am in need of bras. That was on December 4th. On December 8th they sent me an email saying that my order was on its way. They gave me a tracking number and everything. 3 weeks later and im about to be out another $20 with no product. I have sent them 3 emails now and nobody has gotten into contact with me. I tried the tracking number and it leads me nowhere. I just dont want anybody else to fall for their crap. The phone number on my pay app (Sop) is not even an active number. Im going to try to call the Wyoming number tomorrow and see what can be done. Im just livid, to put it nicely. Thank God i used a 3rd party app to pay. Hopefully i dont lose the entire purchase price!!!

I ordered a baby item from their website, they gave me a order # and said order would be recieved in 10days, but would recieve a tracking email in 4 days. I never recieved tracking email or product it is now 14days past the delivery time frame, i have emailed customer service 3 times with no response

I ordered the online products and when it had taken longer to ship than said I attempted to reach out to their online customer support, and requested a refund since I hadn’t received my product yet. They claimed it was lost in the mail and said that they’d send another shipment for free about a week ago which they claim they still don’t have a tracking order for. I just want my money back.

They are selling a product that was never delivered. And they won’t issue a refund, claiming the product has gotten a shipping label and is in the queue to be shipped. This has been their story for the last 5 months and when I ask for a refund they say they can’t issue one

Ordered dress, company charged my credit card for this order and then charged my credit card for two other dresses I received info from different emails or websites within minutes and cancelled my order by email and called to cancel and was told that I would get cancellation info within 24 to 48 hours. Purchased wall art from Anthem Classic, never received shipping details not did I receive product. When I reached out, they were unable to provide any information on my order. I stopped receiving emails from them when I told them I would cancel transaction and report to my bank. I also tried to call them without anyone answering. I looked up this business online and it said a illegitimate scam business

Attempted to purchase baby gates for my toddler. I noticed the price did not include tax when purchasing and searched the name after to find it is a scam site, when entering the emailed tracking details it returns nothing on the site, and my card has already been charged 99.98$

I purchased items from the website. Haven't received the items or shipping information. Looked into the company. Many have reported the same issues. Ive emailed the company several times with no response. Called them. Phone # doesnt work. Looked up the address its not to thier company. People have reported this was a company under a different name last year with the same products which no on received also.

They are purporting to be an American business selling Halloween masks. They are not a real business. Their registered address is to a “registered agent” in Wyoming. They say they make masks and ship them. They are not American owned. They are not shipping from USA, they are not doing anything in the USA. They are an absolute scam.

22 days- no mask - 22 days no response. All fraud. Do not buy

I bought a Freddy Krueger mask for Halloween. I bought it online and used the shopify app too track my order. I placed the order on October 9th. I received and email saying that my order was shipped two days later but when I looked on the Shopify app my order status still said preparing shipment. I reached out to the TerrorLab and asked them how long it would take to receive my order. They told me 14 days from the date I placed the order. However,my order status still says preparing shipment and it is October the 14th. I tried sending them another email on the 12th and they didn't respond. I tried calling the phone number they had listed under their contact and to my surprise the number was out of service. Thats when I decided to do my research and seen that they had been scamming people.
