When viewing the order it shows it's been on the way since November 19. It is now December 18 and still nothing. They can't be reached by phone, which should have been a red flag.
I sent an e-mail and received a reply within minutes with the same answer as other negative reviews show (I had clicked on the wrong free delivery option which was for the Tampa area only). So I created a new order to find out where I had checked the Tampa area free delivery option. It turns out the free delivery is very misleading. The free delivery shows when you check out, but there is a down arrow behind that option which shows if you don't live in that area you will pay a ridiculous amount for shipping. Pretending you're in Florida but your office being in Wyoming is also pretty suspicious. I guess I will have to wait and see if I actually will receive a refund.
I replied to their e-mail stating how misleading the shipping options were and received this message: "For the past couple of months the promotions team has had issues with some of the promotions conflicting with each other. We hope to have this fixed soon. Thank you for your feedback. I will pass it on to the team."

After following up with screenshots as evidence, I have received no further communication from this company. This lack of professionalism and transparency has left me with no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank and report this issue to the Better Business Bureau
I am extremely disappointed in the service, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering making a purchase from this company. The blatant miscommunication and unfulfilled promises are unacceptable, and I expect a full refund for the undelivered product.

Same shoes on Amazon and Ali Express for 1/3 of the cost.

I emailed them several times with no communication from them and the only phone number that's on the website doesn't work.
After weeks of not hearing back from them I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.
This whole situation has been time consuming and beyond frustrating.

Website seems to have good reviews and reasonable prices. What I paid for this bottle is the usual market price so I didn't think much about it.
I was charged immediately, got a confirmation email, and even a shipping email where it said item was on its way, but I couldn't see a tracking number to search it myself.
I contacted them a couple of days after I received the shipping confirmation email to see if maybe they sent the tracking on a separate email, but nothing.
I reached out to ask for it, nothing. I sent out 2 more emails and again, no response to any of them.
They use Shopify to manage their orders, and the order information still says "this shipment is on its way"....hasn't changed since October 16th.
I already disputed the charge with my bank and got credit for it. But it's amazing to me that scams like this still exist, was I the only one being scammed?
Why is the website still up? And a reliable company like Shopify (which I have used before, with no issues) working with scammers like these? Has no one reported them?
I also verified my address on the shopping details and it's correct. So there was no room for error.
