I ordered a sweater from the website and on confirmation email it stated to contact their email listed for questions and concerns. After not receiving my item for a couple months I emailed to find out what was going on and got no response. I emailed a few more times before trying to contact via their Instagram @psychorebelxx and again no response so I left comments which instantly got deleted so I know they read them. I then discovered a different Instagram @psychorebelisafraud where everyone else that has been scammed by them is trying to warn other, I wish I saw that account before even ordering. I ended up reporting with my bank which psychorebel has yet to argue my claims regarding contract back through them as well.

I ordered a set a couple months ago from them but have yet to receive my order. I emailed them about a month ago following up on where my order was and no response. When I googled about this company I saw there have been tons of others scammed by this company. They make it look like a real website and confirmation email but never send out your products. They also ignore all messages and end up blocking you.

I ordered a product off this website and was waiting for it for months, I thought it was normal to wait for that long but eventually I started asking where my stuff was (after almost a month of ordering) they responded that the shipping was gonna be that day. After another month or so I realised I never got any shipping confirmation and DMed the seller on Instagram again. I got ignored, then I send them an email which got ignored and then I started commenting on their posts to chek their DMs, which they did but no response again. It's been a few months and I realised I wasn't going to get a product or my money back from them. That's when I googled is I was the only one who was a victim of this scam and it turned out I wasn't. I found 2 instagram pages dedicated to warn about this scam and petition to get this website shut down which I gladly signed. It seems like any negative comment they're getting on their page, they delete and then block the account. It seems like they aren't getting any consequences for their actions and continuing scamming people on Instagram and even prospering so much so, I even found them through explore page, which means that instagram is allowing this scam to prosper and promote themselves, even though I know I'm not the only one who reported this page as a scam. Petition to shut down psycho rebel website already has almost 200 signatures which should be telling a lot by itself.

I spent $161 on Psycho Rebel and never received anything, after the purchase I received an order confirmation email and when about 2 weeks passed with no shipping info I started to email them and got no answer, so then I went to Instagram and started sending then messages which also went unanswered, I would leave them comments on their post telling them to answer my emails and messages because I ordered and never received my items or shipping info, and my comments got deleted, I also started to research more about them and saw they have been scamming a lot of people, they take your money and never answer you again I'm really surprised they're still in business with the amount of people they are stealing money from, I have the proof the emails and messages and also disputed the charge with my bank company, but they are still stealing from people and this needs to stop!

There is an online clothing company called "psycho rebel" and "misofreaky" (they are connected) that operates through social media. Mostly Instagram. They are posting pictures of clothing claiming they are almost sold out and refer you to a link to "www.psychorebel.com" to purchase the item.

Once you have purchased and paid for the item they send you a confirmation saying they will let you know when shipped. When I never recieved a shipping notification, I emailed their customer service and they responded promptly. I waited another few weeks with no updates or product and when I tried to contact them again, they ignored me. After a few more weeks with nothing, I continually tried to contact them and was blatantly ignored as they were still updating their social media.

I started to look into this and they have been scamming people and stealing from their customers for years! I looked on trustpilot reviews, as well as the better business bureau, I saw many complaints and saw they have been stealing from people for years!

I am not sure how they can continually commit this crime without being shut down. I have tried to contact them on all media, email, customer service, I even started posting to warn others on their INSTAGRAM but they blocked me today. I am not sure how to get them shut down.

I don't want anyone else to lose their money to these frauds! Shut them down!
