I CONTACTED THE WEBSITE:WWWPRIMECHIHUAHUADOGS.COM, INQUIRED ABOUT A SPECIFIC DOG FOR 650, WAS INFORMED THAT ONCE THAT IS PAID, PUPPY WILL SHIP IN A CRATE WITH WATER,BED, A NANNY WOULD BRING IT TO MY DOOR. ONCE I DID PAY FOR THE PUP, THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR A CRATE, PRICES WERE:799,1099 OR 1499(HIGHLY RECOMMEDED), I PAID FOR THE CHEASPEST. AFTER THAT, THEY SAID THE PUP WAS STUCK AT THE AIRPORT AND IF I DIDN'T PAY THE PET INSURANCE HE WOULD BE HELD THERE FOR $85 A DAY. THE INSURANCE WAS: 1499 AND REFUNDABLE. I CALLED THE AIRPORT THEY SAID HE WAS AT, AND THEY DON'T GET ANIMALS THERE! THAT IS WHEN I KNEW I'D BEEN SCAMMED. I was initially contacted by text regarding the inquiry of a dog after I went on their website and selected contact us under the puppy I wanted. They let me know where they were located. Asked if I would prefer shipping or pick up. Stated shipping was $150 and would be completed the next day. Stated they "ship through a pet delivery company who provides a tracking number and the estimated time of arrival of every puppy, they pick up the puppy with their delivery van and a nanny from our house to the airport where they fly the puppy into the closes airport, and finally will drive the puppy from the airport to your doorstep for delivery the next day after purchase" When I asked to see pictures of both the mom and ad they then asked from my email address to send the picture. I asked about health certificates or warranty of health and was told "Comes with vet results, 1 year health guarantee plus breeding rights, but after 1 week or 2 to take her to the closest vet to you. She also comes with some food, and toys but you'll need to get more food, her food is royal canin" Then they asked for specific information into the "kind of home our puppy will be going to and any other information about yourself" I asked if this was a form to fill out or just text. I proceeded to tell them about our family via text. Their response was "looks like perfect home for her" Then the next text talked about "Payment is done through Zelle, Cash app, Apply Pay or Chime" Then went on to say "We will need to the information below for shipping details: Your full names, full address, closest airport, best email address, best phone number" which I went on to provide. Three days past, then I texted them again asking if there was another payment method, credit card? I was told no. They then provided their Zelle information email: mbendu.mb1109@gmail.com Name: Martins. Total payment $700. I asked them to call me before I sent the money. Spoke with them on the phone. A Spanish speaking person. I made the payment through a friend's account. I informed them I sent the money and they said "As soon as payment is done, we ill go ahead and register the puppy for delivery and the delivery will contact you with tracking number and the ETA, but probably 2 pm tomorrow you'll receive the puppy." Then they had me send screen shots of money sent, "verified" receipt. Then said they were "talking to a number of delivery companies now to pick one whose services are convenient for all of us, just keep an eye on email" Then sent me a tracking number and a delivery company petwavetransport.com. Fast foward to the following morning I received a text stating URGENT check your email. I received an email from the pet transport info@petwavetransport.com stating the crate the dog was in was not adequate and I could "RENT" a crate and be reimbursed. The smallest crate was $800 but I needed to pay upfront. I told them I would like to speak to someone on the phone. They told me my puppy was not going to be on the flight because of inadequate crate. The breeder and the pet transport refused to answer my calls or return my calls when I refused to give any more money.

My sister and I went online to find maltipoo puppies and found this website, paquin-family.com located in Cody, Wyoming. Everything looked legitimate. We received extra pictures and videos of the puppies we were interested in. After paying a deposit of 50% ($1050) for three puppies, (Coco, Hannah and Maple) and $600 for transportation, the website went down. A day later we found the same puppies online under darryl-family.com. Obviously, the pictures were stolen and the dogs don't exist.

I found a site for my sister for Yorkie puppies. it really looked real. I did not realize at first that my sister paid with vanilla Visa cards for $5000 in $500 amounts. Then they kept demanding more for the special carrier, insurance, food, and lodging for the dog because of the storm. They wanted her to use her car for collateral for more money. I said no and advised her to block the phone number. I'm sure they have it. I told my sister again to tell them no!! And I again said to block the number and tell them no! Because now they were threatening her with neglect to the puppy! How terrible! She was exhausted from lack of sleep from them calling and her worrying. And she is now out for $5000 or more. She is on a disability and on a fixed income and works very little because she's in pain. But now she has to work especially now to regain the money they stole. Thank you. Sincerely, Barb L***

scammer uses website stating they are selling puppies and you pick the puppy they send pictures collect your information and money to have the puppy delivered to you by a puppy nanny. sends tracking information. then sends another email requesting more money for a kennel. When you ask for a refund they decline and stop answering calls

I was searching for a black, akc, male, German sheperd. I visited Surrey Hills GSD website and emailed them about one of their dogs named Oreo. Things went well seemingly legit. Then they asked for the payment of $650 plus $150 to ship to my local airport. I paid via google pay with a debit card. Then I received a text from Pet Wave Transport stating that the temperature was 1 degree and that I needed to purchase a thermal crate for the dog. Red flag. This was after I paid the money for Oreo and the shipping cost, which was supposed to include a dog nanny to fly them out here to NYS. After calling the AKC, BBB, my bank, and google pay it turns out it was all a giant scam. I tried calling phone #'s 402-205-8622, 804-280-6244, 308-321-1135 and they either requested a voicemail after one call or they simply weren't available. I left voicemails on numbers that I could. I sent a payment request via google pay to a Justin Berney, who verified himself as John West from surrey hills, all from the email address surreyhillsgsdhome@gmail.com. Be careful people. This seemed legit and I got the fat end of the stick shoved up where the sun doesnt shine. $800. These people need to be held accountable

I was on Facebook Marketplace April 3rd. I attempted to purchase a Doberman pinscher puppy. The total price of the puppy was $900. There was no company name. Address or phone number. She requested a deposit of $300 by Apple or Visa gift cards. She listed herself as Johnson Tamara. Her email is jntamara002@gmail.com I gave her my name address and phone number. If you enter Johnson Tamara on Facebook Marketplace her website will appear. Upper right hand corner has a picture of a phone and video camera. I can hear it ringing but she never picked up. She texted me but I don't have her number. I purchased two $200 Visa Gift Cards. I emailed her the numbers off the back. I had to take a photo front and back. I had to remove gold seal and send through messenger. I am not tech savvy she helped me. I told my friend about this. My friend advised me to contact Visa and report it. One card shows. .56 cents and the other 23 cents remaining. We were to meet at Aurora Farms Outlet in Streetsboro OH to get the puppy. I also reported this to the Lorain OH police department on April 7th. My Doberman Pinscher died recently. . r. I wanted another puppy. I went to Aurora Farms and waited for her. She did not show up. She had me take a photo of my cash in hand. Told me she got a flat tire. Then she wanted me to meet her in Boston Heights. She wanted $100 to fix her tire and Costco. I could have been robbed. I told he she is nothing but a con artist. O told her the money will bring you nothing but misery. The police told me to report it to the FTC and the FBI. The FTC sent me to ic3.gov. I also reported this to the FBI. They told me to call the National Fraud Institute. They told me to contact the Better Business Bureau.

The scammer called himself Roderick. He had a foreign accent and talked fast. The puppy we selected and paid money for (Barry) stayed on the website and is still there. Roderick demanded payment by gift card only. The delivery company, Eco Logistics Inc Global is also part of the scam. They wanted a refundable deposit of $1,750 for an air conditioned dog crate. That payment would have been through a 3rd party payment company, probably to Roderick. We paid and lost $700.

He will reply to your email and send all the details and pictures of the puppy. Their email was received in the Junk. They will ask 750 for the puppy,$500 for downpayment and extra 250 for shipping. They will reply 2-4 days after you send the money

This is a fake goldendoodle breeder. After submitting an inquiry online, I received an email with information followed by a few aggressive phone calls and texts about the urgency of needing to commit to the dog and a rush to pay. The payment options were not business but rather personal venmo or Zelle accounts. This started making me suspicious so I started to dig a little deeper. Red flags include 1) the price is too good to be true for a doodle 2) she is the most perfect looking dog, it’s hard to believe she would still be available still and ready to go home. 3) the pups on the website do not look like they are from the same litter 4) both payment options they gave me were to personal accounts, not a business account 5) they haven’t made us fill out any forms 6) they have been overly aggressive calling me and texting me and then pressuring about the deposit 7) there is no phone number on that email they sent us or on the website. I told them the payment options were sketchy and I refused to pay anything without FaceTiming with the dog and when I said this suddenly the dog was no longer available. Total scam, grateful I didn’t pay any money but this is petty real looking for other consumers to be aware of.

It just started to feel rushed and like things were too good to be true… my gut started telling me something was off.

On 03/30/23 I was looking for a Teacup Yorkie puppy. In a Facebook group for Yorkies someone mentioned using Katherine Teacup Yorkies and listed a hyperlink to her FB page. On her FB page there is a link to her website https://katherineteacupyorkies.com. I was interested in a puppy so I clicked on the buy me tab for the puppy named Melo. https://katherineteacupyorkies.com/contact-us.php?name=Melo. A contact page appeared and I entered my personal info along with a message that I was interested in a puppy. Awhile later I received a text from 470-236-2473 saying they got my email about the puppy. Since this number isn’t the number listed on the website (+1 (469) 301-1389), I text that number and asked if they had text me using a different number. I was told yes, it was her husband. I text back and forth with the husband about going to their home in Atlanta to meet the puppies, pick one out and bring it home. I was told they needed a $400 deposit. I thought it was a little odd, but I knew I definitely wanted one of the puppies. I was told to pay via Zelle using nysimone40@gmail.com. That's her email for zelle registered as Katherine Nyla Barbiee. I attempted to pay via Zelle but was having issues so I pad via Venmo instead. I was told to use; @Destine-paula. The $400 deposit was made from our joint checking acct. and we set a day and time to meet at their home. We decided on Sat. April 1, 2023 at noon. The address supplied to me was: 3261 Wellington Walk SW, Atlanta, GA 30331. My husband and I live 2 1/2 hrs away and we’re stuck in traffic. I text the seller saying we were stuck in traffic and would be late. We later received a text asking if the exchange could be made at the car because of COVID. I asked if 2 of the puppies could be brought outside so I could choose one and he said yes. 10 minutes before we arrived we received a text saying ‘When y'all get here you can just remain in your car complete payments so I can confirm on the computer and I will bring both puppies and paperwork to your car okay’. We replied with ‘We would like to physically see the puppies and then we'll pay. You will hold the puppies and confirm payment and then bring us the one we choose. Ok?’. The husband replied with ‘ Ma'am we have been attacked here twice it's nothing against y'all it won't take me UpTo 10seconds to be with y'all or you can cancel payments. That's how we have been operating’. Looking back now we realize the red flags but this seller had been recommended, we were at her house (supposefly) and we had been driving for over 3 hours. We agreed and arrived at 1:22 pm. I text indicating we were there and he advised saying he saw us. (There is a camera pointing at the driveway). I paid the $600 balance via Venmo and the husband said he would be out in a few minutes with the puppies and paperwork. After 5 minutes I text back asking if he was coming out. He said he would be right out. I tried texting and calling both the husband and the sellers and received no response. We left and drove back home. I have the complete email chains from the husband and the seller and can send them separately. I am attaching pics of the website and my Venmo. Thank you.

Elaine is supposed to be a dog breeder. She had on her webpage a Yorkshire Terrier "Angel" that she was trying to 'rehome'. I applied for the possibility of purchasing this tea cup Yorkshire Terrier which was supposed to be a lost little girl that Elaine found in the front of her home. I asked if I could purchase her and how much ($427.). Elaine wanted a deposit of $250. before she would ship the Yorkie. I told her that I would buy a POSTAL MONEY ORDER for the deposit. Elaine would not accept my method of payment. She wanted a non-reloadable card from Walmart or from American Express, zelle, or a cash app. I don't do any of the methods of payments that she recommends. I feel that this is a scam. I did not get the Yorkie and I did not send any money. I feel she is avoiding the reporting of income to the IRS. This is why she is only accepting her method of payment.

I was looking for a Siberian Husky puppy. I came across this website. The photos the dog was sent to me in an email. I also talked to the person. He asked us to send the money via Zelle which we did. He messaged me and told me he is going to agency to ship the dog. He also sent the tracking number. I checked the tracking number and everything seemed legit. Till received and email from the shipping agency asking for extra money for a crate. I was lucky I did more research and did not send the money. Please do not trust this website or this man.

I first contacted Zariah Jones (zariahjones28@gmail.com) and Endayshwa Eatmon (Jovaneatmon@gmail.com)

On their website regarding puppies for sale. I was told the purchase and delivery would cost $770. I agree to pay $500 then the rest upon delivering the puppy. A day later husband contacted me requesting $1300 for electronic cage. I didn't fall for it and refused to pay. Puppy was not delivered and I lost $500 in the process.

The person communicated by text messages posing as a dog breeder, where he asked us for a value of 800 dollars for the puppy and 200 dollars for shipping, 1000 dollars were transferred from the zelle account to the email that he provided us, which is goldenbernesehome@gmail.com He said he would ship the puppy today Monday and all we got was an email saying we should pay an extra $750 because the box the puppy came in was too small, they use multiple Gmail accounts to impersonate the shipping company as well

We were in search of a male bullmastiff puppy. We looked up online ones that were for sale and came across the website that is listed in the info. Emailed them for more info about the puppy. They were very quick to reply and sent pictures and a lot of info on the puppy….so after going back and forth through emails and texting, we thought they were legit. Even signed a fake contract about the puppy. So after making the payment through Apple Cash…the next day they supplied us with info that the puppies flight would be @11am and we would get him @5:45pm. Well not to long after I get a call saying the puppy can not be delivered in the crate due to temperature whatever..so they required more money for the crate or the puppy wouldn’t be shipped..we paid for the crate….7pm comes around and no puppy..they even had fake tracking info..we tried to call the numbers multiple times, but no luck. We then realized it was scam. I do believe the address that was given is a of person that has no connection to the situation..sad sad world we live in.
