Ordered on the 11th. Took my money on the 12th. Was supposed to be 3-5 days to process the order. I have received nothing about it wince then. And every email sent is responded to by an AI bot. I have at least 12 emails semt to them and all saying sorry I'll make sure this gets put on the highest level to get responded immediately. That was clearly a lie. They've had my money for 2 weeks now and i still have nothing.

I ordered a product from pure diffuser (PureDiffuserCo.com) for helping to quit smoking naturally, they took the money, around $76.65, around February 13, but never have shipped the product, they don't respond to my multiple emails to [email protected] and their only phone number doesn't go through
