I did not receive a response until after I returned the items to the address on the package
I then got told a different address and that I would not be receiving a refund until it arrived to this address they finally stated in the email
Not only that I had to dispute one charge on my credit card as they did 2 charges
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS WHY DO THEY HAVE DIFFERENT ADDRESSES
The cost for returning the sandals to: Po Box 37618, Winnellie, Northern Territory, Australia, 0821 is more than the cost of the sandals.
This is a scam. The Return Policy is ridiculous. Whatever anyone orders from this company should know this up front, NOT hidden somewhere on the website. NO ONE will be able to afford to return the items ordered!
In essence, you have NO return policy. NO ONE will return anything ordered.

They say that you can return items, but they never reimburse you the money. Also if you want to return something, you have to pay expensive shipping charges to Australia. The shipping charges to Australia are more expensive than what the product is worth. All their products are very poor quality and made in China.
They take a long time to ship because their products are shipped from China. They provably make they item as they get the order. They take a long time to ship.
They are just horrible!

I checked with my post master who stated I needed a 20 digit courier number instead of the one PureGem sent. PureGem eventually sent me the digits which I took to the post master who told me the package had been delivered. Now, I’m asking for my package from PureGem and the post office and neither were being accountable. I have experienced this issue before, no more than 2 or 3 times, and each time the company replaced my order. NOT PUREGEM, they did not offer to send me another product, or resolve my issue in any way. From now on, I will not order from them, but stay with those companies who valued me as a customer. I ended up spending money with another company to get the same product. I don’t have money to waist, which is exactly what this situation caused me to do.

large CAMO BODYSUIT and large PINK GARTER LEGGINGS never arrived! Thats about 60 or 70 USD (which amounts to WAY more for me) they WONT respond, they WONT refund me and they WONT send my orders! Ordered way back in April and they still won't do anything about my 2 items.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! POOR WAITING TIMES, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FROM WHAT I HAVE READ POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!
