I reached out & asked for tracking info. Candice Smith emailed me back & Told me to Not Bother her again & she would get back to me when she could( basically dont waste her time).
I paid thru PayPal, they reached out to Company & All of sudden I received Tracking info that I asked for 2 weeks earlier. Tracking #'s are Not Legit. Company sent me emails items have Shipped in transit, the Next day I receive email, item about to be shipped. Checked tracking number it states item in transit from Shanghai to Shanghai & there next email says I should have received item, the day they shipped it out. Nothing is what it should be. Company a Complete SCAM
I received a tracking number via email stating goods being delivered. Not able to check the progress of this delivery as well. The language used for the delivery company is in Mandarin.
Emailed them and got an automatic reply which stated thier customers are important to them and due to the Covid crisis there is a delay. I have also sent a facebook message, did not get any feedback.
I paid via Palpay in US$. Looks like goods coming from China. Return of goods address is in NT Australua.
As time is passing by, looks like my money is flying away and getting lost.
Hopefully i will get a refund as I paid via Paypal
The purchase amount is not big and I have requested a refund. I doubt it will arrive or they will answer my e-mail. I am more concerned in filing a proper complaint so this company gets banned and they return all the money stolen to customers or a big fat fine.
I have an insurance to cover me against such commercial scams, wondering if I should go the legal way.

I think proceeded to read the refund policy which states... “ Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However Still Contact Us at (their email) cause if there is anything wrong at all we want to know and want to fix any issues. We Love our customers and know how scary online shopping can be, we want all our customers to have a risk free experience, anything needs fixing let us know and we will do our best to fix it! :)”
This means that by the time I wait 60 days I can’t even get my money back. I am in the hospital and this was supposed to be a special treat from a friend and now he is out $80 and I have no leggings.
I am in actual tears over the fact that I let myself get scammed like this. Also that a company can be so cruel and steal people’s money without a single care in the world. They are based in Australia but everything comes from China.
I have no idea what to do and I am extremely frustrated. I wish that I had never ordered anything and should have just gone to the store.
I will also be posting on my Facebook for my friends to see and ask them to share as many times as possible so hopefully less people get scammed by these people.
I have asked multiple times for a refund and no help at all. I just wanted some nice leggings. Is that so much to ask for? I ordered online because I am immuno-compromised so I couldn’t go out during Covid. I understand delays in shipping but this is just fake and they are never going to arrive. I don’t have this kind of money to loose right now and I am heartbroken by this company.

This company reminds me of Berrylook. Maybe it’s a sister company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM NEITHER ONE OF THESE COMPANIES. Stick to our favorite US company based stores. WE’ve ALL WARNED YOU NOW,,,
This is a garbage company. I asked if I would get the item I ordered(Skilling rope) within a week and this was on may 11,2020. I asked to have it cancelled on May 12,2020. They 2 days later they send me an email saying they sent it already and I could send it back after they had already said it had not been sent yet. Then after I emailed then about 4 times they 2 days later they say it's been shipped. This company is crooked as can be and they stole my money. I don't know how they are allowed to run poor business practices but they told me I'd have to return it and pay the shipping(14.00). This is an Australian based piece of crap who outsources stuff from a warehouse in China. Therefore, they are probably a Chinese run business who use English names to hide their con artist identities. I haven't been ripped off like this since I was a child. Well you ghetto rats hopefully you put my 36.00 up your nose and snort it!
