I ordered #45222 a pair of shoes. Womens Breathable Flat Bottom Orthopedic Bunion Corrector Sneaker Shoes $39.99 These are the cheapest, useless shoes ever! The right shoe, the top of it has wrinkles. It took way too many emails for anyone to respond. Now they are asking me to pay to ship these crappy shoes back to get my money back. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are not quality, no customer service and good luck getting your money back.

Ordered 3 seperate times, in 2 days. Showed Mom the cargo pants & she wanted them Also.
I reached out & asked for tracking info. Candice Smith emailed me back & Told me to Not Bother her again & she would get back to me when she could( basically dont waste her time).
I paid thru PayPal, they reached out to Company & All of sudden I received Tracking info that I asked for 2 weeks earlier. Tracking #'s are Not Legit. Company sent me emails items have Shipped in transit, the Next day I receive email, item about to be shipped. Checked tracking number it states item in transit from Shanghai to Shanghai & there next email says I should have received item, the day they shipped it out. Nothing is what it should be. I ordered my items end of April online and still waiting.
I received a tracking number via email stating goods being delivered. Not able to check the progress of this delivery as well. The language used for the delivery company is in Mandarin.
Emailed them and got an automatic reply which stated thier customers are important to them and due to the Covid crisis there is a delay. I have also sent a facebook message, did not get any feedback.
I paid via Palpay in US$. Looks like goods coming from China. Return of goods address is in NT Australua.
As time is passing by, looks like my money is flying away and getting lost.
Hopefully i will get a refund as I paid via Paypal

Order #40430 was submitted on April 15, 2020. Today is June 26, 2020 and I still have not received the order. I received a tracking number and then they came back and told me it was the wrong tracking number. I do believe this company is a fraud. Do not order from them.

I made Order #41284 for sports items in April 28 2020. Order hasn't progressed since then. I received a tracking number that I suspect, after seing complaints is a false one.
The purchase amount is not big and I have requested a refund. I doubt it will arrive or they will answer my e-mail. I am more concerned in filing a proper complaint so this company gets banned and they return all the money stolen to customers or a big fat fine.
I have an insurance to cover me against such commercial scams, wondering if I should go the legal way.
I'll update with further steps.

I order 2 pairs of leggings on April 26th. It is now June 17th and nothing. I have been told I was provided the wrong shipping number and that I new one will be sent to me so I can actually track my package. However that came from “Candice” and I spoke with someone over Facebook and they said they would issue me a refund BUT “Candice” stepped in and said no because the order is “still on it’s way”. They told me to wait a full 60 days and then get back to them if it still had not arrived.

I think proceeded to read the refund policy which states... “ Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However Still Contact Us at (their email) cause if there is anything wrong at all we want to know and want to fix any issues. We Love our customers and know how scary online shopping can be, we want all our customers to have a risk free experience, anything needs fixing let us know and we will do our best to fix it! :)”

This means that by the time I wait 60 days I can’t even get my money back. I am in the hospital and this was supposed to be a special treat from a friend and now he is out $80 and I have no leggings.

I am in actual tears over the fact that I let myself get scammed like this. Also that a company can be so cruel and steal people’s money without a single care in the world. They are based in Australia but everything comes from China.

I have no idea what to do and I am extremely frustrated. I wish that I had never ordered anything and should have just gone to the store.

I will also be posting on my Facebook for my friends to see and ask them to share as many times as possible so hopefully less people get scammed by these people.

I have asked multiple times for a refund and no help at all. I just wanted some nice leggings. Is that so much to ask for? I ordered online because I am immuno-compromised so I couldn’t go out during Covid. I understand delays in shipping but this is just fake and they are never going to arrive. I don’t have this kind of money to loose right now and I am heartbroken by this company.

I was billed 300 on April 26 from Canada and was told several time that they shipped out my parcel with sf express and that it was on its way but late due to covid19 and than got no response from after several emails and there is no phone number tracking system says they delivered to me and I got nothing and they won't answer me

This company is horrible! I paid for an orthopedic sandal and also paid with express shipping and I’ve heard nothing! No tracking information Nothing! Just a bull[censored] order number! I’ve emailed 3 times already and still NOTHING. I’m giving this company 3 more days before I start taking matters to the correct authorities. Any scams through our United States postal service is a Federal offense!

Please tell me how it all worked out please. Did you end up getting your money or the authorities involved? This will be the second time I have been scammed . First was by peachy cartel another scammer . Literally paid $58.00 on both .

I am having a problem receiving merchandise that was ordered on May 2nd. It has been almost 5 weeks and nothing. No emails, no answer to my emails. I had put the charge thru my paypal account so hopefully something will happen. Thanks for all the info. I will be aware, very aware in the future and not do business with them. The other interesting thing was their address is in Australia. I wish I had know that ahead of time. How is it that a Chinese women is answering phone calls that are questioning the shipment details supposedly from Australia. ? LRM

I ordered a pair of shoes. After contacting them many times with their automatic reply from “Stephanie”, I FINALLY received my shoes in the mail, only to find out that they must have thought that a BLACK shoe could be substituted for the BROWN ones I ordered! I don’t DARE send them back. I guess I should be happy that I received SOMETHING from them. They put my money through REALLY fast though. That goes without a hitch and it’s the ONLY thing that they do fast.
This company reminds me of Berrylook. Maybe it’s a sister company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM NEITHER ONE OF THESE COMPANIES. Stick to our favorite US company based stores. WE’ve ALL WARNED YOU NOW,,,

This company is a scam and crooked

This is a garbage company. I asked if I would get the item I ordered(Skilling rope) within a week and this was on may 11,2020. I asked to have it cancelled on May 12,2020. They 2 days later they send me an email saying they sent it already and I could send it back after they had already said it had not been sent yet. Then after I emailed then about 4 times they 2 days later they say it's been shipped. This company is crooked as can be and they stole my money. I don't know how they are allowed to run poor business practices but they told me I'd have to return it and pay the shipping(14.00). This is an Australian based piece of crap who outsources stuff from a warehouse in China. Therefore, they are probably a Chinese run business who use English names to hide their con artist identities. I haven't been ripped off like this since I was a child. Well you ghetto rats hopefully you put my 36.00 up your nose and snort it!

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes, one for $59.99 and another for $29.99. Order placed February 21st and never received. In the meantime, I discovered the identical shoes on AliExpress and Wish for about $10. PureGem Co is making false claims about "bunyon correcting" properties of the shoes. I just want my $90 back. I desperately need it.

I have emailed multiple times with no satisfactory response. I would greatly appreciate your help.

Puregem CO is a complete ripoff. Please do not purchase from them. I have had my eyes on a pair of workout pants sold by them for over an year and finally decided to purchase them when they were on sale recently. The address to the company is a p. o. box in Australia but somehow by the time you finish paying for your item you are redirected and told that your item will be shipped from China. Nowhere in the description or purchasing process is it mentioned that the items will ship from China until you have already hit purchase and it's too late. I have had my fair share of bogus items from China in the past and would never again knowingly order from there again. The company is sneaky and deceptive, the size chart is as imagined as any clothing items coming from China, cut very small. I finally received them and the pattern is ridiculously different from the one adverstised. They are cheap leggings with the white cloth inside that once they are stretched the white shows through. I am so disappointed because I waited a whole year to finally buy these leggings. As stated before the company address is listed as Po Box 37618, Winnellie, Northern Territory, Australia, 0821 but the address on my package is from: Luobuchang, Warehouse No. 8, FGO Cross-border Logistics Park, Liangzhou Road, Longwang Town, ZhengZhouShi HeNan.
