Placed a order more then a year ago tried to get in contact with the company and my bank for a refund and have had issue with a refund for the product I paid for.

Never received my qube projector. It has been over a year sent an email and it said it can not deliver the email. Prior to that it sent. So who can i talk to about a refund?

That's what happened to me too bought projector and projector screen worth $500 March 2020 it's like you been a year now company has disappeared and emails keeps bouncing.. Jessica was the last person that emailed with me saying the company is her parents but the she and the brother running the company..and excuses due to Covid the flights are not in great demand and that operational courier company are working on sending my package through for its been picked up from there resident..#SCAM[censored]

During COVID 19 lockdown 2020 I had purchased one of these projectors in early April, I still haven’t gotten it and it has been a year now. I am liveried! I have kids and someone has stolen our money! I had continually been emailing and successfully getting replies now the email address has been disabled and I can’t make contact to get a refund!

I ordered a qube projector on May 4, 2020. At first I tried to cancel the order because I only found out when I paid that the price was in US dollars ($80.96) and it came out to $118.25 on my Visa debit card. When I emailed them the next day they didn't get back to me until 2-3 days later and they said it was too late - already shipping. When I checked with them after weeks and then months, the emails kept telling me, don't worry, shipping is a lot slower because of Covid. After a while I forgot about it. I tried to email them again, recently at he beginning if January and the emails came back with unknown recipient (in other words they don't exist). I am embarrassed to admit that I have been scammed. How do we get these guys?!

Hi there i brought and paid for a qubeprojector in may of this year, at the time of purchase the item was $89.95 US dollars. When the money was taken from my account the total amount was $150. I then sent numerous emails to the above email address and all i recieved was replies stating it was an automated reply with no information in it. I have kept all my evidence of the payment that was made which on my bank account shows as theroplus. I have also kept the emails they have sent me and the ones I have sent to them. I did request if they had a phone number but I still kept getting no reply at all. I did trust in this company and I also was buying this for a present, which makes me really upset it never came. There was no offer of refund or contact made to me of where the item was or what was happening with this issue- nothing at all.

I wanted to add proof - which really only makes me more upset knowing that I trusted them and didn’t want to seem inconsiderate with the pandemic. It was supposed to be my daughter’s birthday gift at the end of May! ☹️

Sadly, I had the same experience as everyone else. I order mine back at the end of April and got a response in August and one last vague response in September saying that I should expect it. It is now December and I’m still waiting for some kind of response. This really sucks! I tried email them now and the email came back as undeliverable!??

Ordered May 13 the projector and screen and out $113 and one response saying it’s in shipping july 13th and here it is October 26th and still has not arrived! What is wrong with people and scamming people of their hard earned money!

I was scammed during COVID lockdown in April too. They have been sending me vague emails to bear with them. Why was I so gullible? Is there anything we can do?

I ordered mine on the 5th of April 2020. I never got a confirmation email, but I kept a screenshot of the purchase just in case. I saw it as an ad on Facebook and decided to get one cuz it was cheap.

It was only $30 USD so it came out as $51.34 NZD. I honestly forgot about it for months until tonight (28/09/20) when my friend asked about it. I did some research, hoping to get in contact with them, but everything was shut down and I couldn't find a single trace until I came upon this website and realized I had been scammed.

I then looked up at my bank statement to get the rest of the info and it came up with this: USD 29.99 SP * HOTSHOTSAVINGSat 0.5841*

I'm not too sad about it because I didn't spend that much money on it, but I'm still very annoyed. And during Covid too? How cruel do you have to be :(

I ordered from this “company” in April and never received anything. They got back to me in the most vague way possible and I’ve asked them to give me back my money. I started looking up Qube again and this thread showed up. I am super pissed and this ruins things for other companies selling product online because I won’t buy anything online anymore unless it is from a brick and mortar store or amazon.

SCAM! On March 14th, 2020, I ordered a qube projector, the tripod, and the screen. I have sent them emails several times wanting an explanation as to where my bbn order bbn is, when I will receive it, etc. I have never gotten a response and I am out almost $200! I'm going to try to seek some legal advice and see if there is anything I can do to get my money back.
