Ordered may 14. Told 6 weeks. Emailed after 2 months. Said delay due to covid. Would ship soon. 4 months later website is gone, links in their emails and my order don’t work and don’t go anywhere. I filed dispute with credit card company. Total scam or went out of business and kept money from open orders.

I ordered a qube projector on April 29th. Received the same generic email about delayed shipping due to covid. Did a follow up email in June 30th and received another and received another email stating shipping delays but they would update me when shipped. Now of course I’m getting no response to emails.

Any suggestions on how to get my money back or action to be taken would be greatly appreciated.

Ordered 2 qubq projectors have order no. n phone no. N havnt recieved them ordered them n April excuse is corina virus I'm receiving pkgs from everywhere else I pd 186.00 for two I tracked it w order no. they cant find nothing I either want a refund to my account or my projectors ASAP

I ordeted a projector and screen back in May of 2020 and still have not received anything. Ive contacted them multiple times through email to no avail. Its a scam and im out $300. Tjere is no way to get into contact with them.

So I placed order an order for the projector and screen may 13 and have not received either items and was emailed stating that it would take 3 weeks to arrive and it hasn’t and now the email nor website is now gone! How do we get our money back for this!

Same as all here. Ordered in April. Was told I would get an email with shipping information. Never got it. Emailed them in may and got the auto response everyone mentioned here. Now it's July. Two more emails unresponded to. Qube Website is now gone. SCAM!

Advertisement for this product popped up on my Facebook account as I was looking for a mini projector. Clicked on the website and ordered the projector as well as a large screen to project the videos on. An email was sent to me stating that I would receive another email with specific details about my order being shipped and provide a tracking number. It also stated that my order would ship within 21 business days because I lived in the US and Covid-19 is delaying shipping. The money for the purchased items was withdrawn from my account 2 days after I ordered online. It has been well over a month and I have not received any further communication from the company. I emailed them to inquire about my order and I emailed because that is the ONLY form of contact that they provide. There is no address listed on their website, other than they are stationed in California. There is not a phone number to call. They finally emailed me back, after a week had passed, with a very vague response saying Covid-19 continues to slow things down and that their shipping partner is understaffed. Just a bunch of run-around nonsense. They did not provide ANY specific information on my order and then ended the email by telling me to wait another 2-3 weeks for my order to be shipped. I then did some digging and found that this company has done this exact same thing to several other people. They have several Facebook accounts and the comments all state that people order from the company, their money is taken, and NOTHING is sent to them. When they are told they will be reported, they ghost the person, and then slightly change the design of the company name and start a new Facebook. The original website that I ordered from is no longer up and running or available. I've contacted my bank to get that end of it figured out, but please DO NOT order anything from this company!! It's a scam!!

I bought a $90 mini projector for me and my roommates off of an Instagram ad. The email that followed gave me an order number and told me to expect the item in about 28 business days. I waited that and longer given the circumstances with Covid-19. When I emailed the company about the missing item, I was sent an automated response with links to FAQs, their shipping information, and a tracking site. However, none of the links went to an actual site. I started Googling the company and realized it was a scam. They listed their company as being in California, but it isn't a real address so that likely isn't the case. The area code for the phone number is from Toronto.
