Same happened to me! I submitted a complaint through Federal Trade Commission (ftc.org) and to my bank. My bank was able to help return my money to my account.

I ordered a LV mask from this scam a** website in April and it’s now JUNE but still haven’t heard from them. I’ve reached out to them and heard NOTHING! Next thing I know their website doesn’t even exist anymore. I wish I never stumbled upon this joke of a company. Never again.

I order back on March 15th and never heard anything from them I attempted to track my order after giving them two weeks to at least contact me and let me know it was on its way but once I got to the page it was no longer there I got in contact with Shopify and they gave me a excuse my french but gave me a BULL[censored] excuse to why they could make this so call company give me my money back... Good thing I only purchased one so call mask cause it would have been WAR

I ordered on April 6,2020. Asked for a refund, because it took too long i.e. more than two weeks. I never got a response. Now I’m trying to track it through Arrive and it’s sending me a text stating, “This website may be impersonating ’ricchdesigns.com’ to steal your personal or financial information.”

On 4/9/20 I made 2 orders to this company. The first order was for the defense wristlet and a pair of slippers and the second order was for 2 pairs of shorts. For a total of $46.58 I spent on this website. If anybody know how I can get my money back please don’t hesitate to let me know. Thanks in advance.

I placed about a $30 order for 3 self-defense wristlets in mid April and it is now early June and I haven’t heard anything back, even after emailing them several times. The site doesn’t exist anymore. I suppose I’ll have to file a dispute with my bank.

It took me harassing them with fake accounts after they blocked me off my original Facebook account to get my refund back AND I threatened them to file them to my bank and start an investigation for them to send me my money back and that took weeks after I placed the order.

I had ordered my two pair of shorts from this so called shop online on April the 14th and I have not yet received it ... The shorts were snickers and gushers well it supposed to be but I paid all together 10 dollars because the shorts was 5 . I tried to look online again but it is saying the store is unavailable and I’m confused about that and it’s not fair for me to sit up here waiting for a package that is not even coming .
