I made a order on April 16. I did get a email confirmation when I made the order but I never received my self defense wristlet. I am very disappointed on how someone would do this. I was looking forward to this wristlet since it looked so cute and pretty.

I ordered my SELF DEFENSE wristlet on April 12. It has yet to come in and I have yet to receive any emails or anything from the company. From reading these reviews and seeing that the site has suspiciously disappeared, it looks like I will never be receiving my purchase. This is very upsetting to me that someone made this a scam. I purchased this item because I am a college student and often times walking around campus alone. This was supposed to make me feel more safe about my surroundings when I am away, but instead I am out $20 and feel maybe even less safe. It is disappointing that some [censored] thinks its funny to use fear as a scam and still leave their "customers" unprotected.

I placed an order for a mask from Ricch Designs. The mask was black with black rhinestones on it. I placed the order on April 12, 2020 and I knew it would take a while to get shipped because they said they made the masks as the orders came in. The mask cost $17.94 plus shipping so I paid it. As time went on and it got close to a month of purchase, I tried to go back to the website to check my order and to my shock their website doesn’t exist anymore, they turned off all comments on their Instagram page and they haven’t answered any of my emails to them. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back.
