Unfortunately ordered a couple of items off of IG from what I thought was a local 'boutique' - took quite a while to arrive and are both very poor quality as well as fit. Inquired about a return and was told it would be 'very expensive' and I would have to pay for it as it would need to go back to China. They told me the policy is no returns - nowhere on the site does it say this or that it comes from China. In the last email I received from them they told me if I 'insisted' on a return they could give me 3$ but they would need my account information and I would need to pay for shipping back.
