April, June, October and November they have stolen $244.96 from me. I'm so mad, but I'm madder at myself for letting this criminal scam me. Only shop at reputable national branded stores and if they're not then google them before you buy. Ask yourself, Do I really need this thing? Who's selling it? Are they for real? Or are they a SCAM?

I am truly beyond DISAPPOINTED with this so-called company! I ordered a dress in April for my birthday celebration in June and it is now November and I still have not received the product nor have I received my refund - even though I have requested it several times. I was also told that product was in transit- big fat LIE! Terrible company and I have no way of getting my money back!

I placed an order with SA Style in April and although they sent me emails with tracking information, the link goes to some weird site that shows my item in China. I contacted them a few months later and they replied that the item was worth the wait and that it would be arriving soon. That was in June. In September I sent an email saying if the dress I ordered wasn't delivered within two weeks from the date of the emi, I wanted a full refund. They replied saying they would issue me a refund but for me to be patient because it might take some time. That was September 14 and it's now almost a month later and I still haven't gotten a refund. Scam company! Stay away from them!

This company is a scam. They respond frequently on email, but take your payment and provide a tracking number to a fake shipping company. Due to the “product” having already “shipped” they will not provide a refund and make up excuses such as the item being stuck in customs.

It’s a complete scam - don’t waste your money or time.

I ordered a pair of earrings in June for a formal event with the company Sarah Ashley. I looked at the reviews on the site and they were all good. Unfortunately I did not see until I searched at a later date that they also go by SA Styles where I found all of the bad reviews. I was charged $31.49 for my purchase and never received my order. Same as everyone else, you receive a tracking number that gives no information. I have had many conversations with them via email, but no order or refund has been received. They have also charged my account $49.99 three additional times. I had to cancel my card and heading to the bank to dispute all of the charges. I am hoping to be able to recover these funds.

In June 2023, I purchased a beautiful dress for $129.00.

I was given a tracking number which leads to no where when you look it up.

Despite my multiple attempts, to reach out to someone, there has only been email communication.

I have read some of the previous post, and they describe exactly what has occured to me.

This company must be investigated and prohibited from ever propagating this false advertisement.

Business lists under different names and addresses in Delaware and China too.

You think you’re ordering quality merchandise from a small business and items are listed in stock and then you’re sent a fake tracking number from a Chinese carrier.

You can’t reach anyone but a third party that’s useless and you never get your money or merchandise

On march 2023 I ordered a dress with SA styles, I used sezzle to make monthly installments. Which by the way seems that sezzle is in on the scam by paying these fraudelent companies. Here is now July 2023 and no dress. Sezzle washed their hands about it and wont help. So...124 lost but lesson learned...sezzle is a scammers tool to scam people.

This is clearly a fraud website. I ordered two items worth over $250 over a month ago and they have not yet provided me with a shipping or delivery date. Even when I emailed them today they just said they can’t cancel the order and did not promise a date.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a dress costing $124.99 on April 16, 2023, and have yet to receive any correspondence. I used the number provided to contact them, and have yet to get through to anyone. It rang and rang and always asked me to leave my contact information for which I received no response. I sent email after email and received a response stating that a tracking number would be issued shortly. It's been a month and no tracking info has been received from this site, nothing except a survey about satisfaction. Not only was the money withdrawn from my account, but two attempts were made to withdraw $49.99. Needless to say, I contacted them concerning these two attempts and where the item I purchase was in the processing stage, again they stated they would send me a tracking number once it became available. This company never addressed the two attempts to take money out of my account. I am angry! You can't speak with anyone and the responses by email read very sketchy. I would not advise anyone to purchase clothing from this site. This is sickening! This company must be stopped.

The website of SA styles looked very legit and I found two beautiful dresses . I ordered them - each was 134 dollars! They sent me a phony tracking number that did not translate into the tracking website. It’s been two months and I still haven’t received my dresses. Extremely disappointed .

I ordered a $121.00 dress on February 2, 2023. I never received the dress. I emailed the company over 7 times and was told, the item may be held in customs. I then asked for a refund but was denied, they stated they can't provide a refund because the item had shipped. I emailed the company on May 2, again asking for a refund since I never received the dress. The same day, May 2, SA styles tried to charge my card $29.99. Thank goodness my Credit Card company denied the charge. I have no idea what the charge could be for. Please don’t order from this company! I have had to cancel my CC for fear they will continue to falsely charge me. Beware of this company!

I placed an order Feb. 15th, 2023 $400 received my tracking number Feb. 18, 2023. Sent NUMEROUS emails from Feb. 25th to April 23rd, 2023. Contacted the company that they sent me tracking numbers for…received email informing me they never received product, sent it to SA STYLES and they still informed me as of April 23rd, 2023 they need to do an investigation and I could not get a return. This outfit was for my 50th Birthday - I even requested express delivery. You can not call them and they will not call you even though you may request it several times. This company is fraudulent and terrible!

I ordered a size large leather blazer. After emailing about the tracking number I was told that the blazer was made to order and it would take a while. I found they had them in stock so I told them and threatened to file a claim with BBB . Miraculously I received the tracking number. Got the blazer. The size in the blazer was 2xl but when I measured it it was the size of a small or medium (17 inches across the shoulders). I emailed them. They quickly told me there are no refunds for size issues. The size issue was there mistake because the measurement chart show a large is 29 inches across the shoulders. We went back and forth via email. I was offered a store credit which I did not want because all of their clothes are too small and they are liars. I finally got my money back from my credit card company which is exactly what SA Styles wanted. I filed a complaint with my attorney generals office.

This company is a scam I ordered a skirt, blouse and shoes. First they said my shirt and shoes were in one shipment. Then blouse in another. No tracking information. It’s going on two months I still have yet to receive. I reported to my credit card company. Filed a dispute. To be honest Style We I had same issues. If it’s from china it’s likely you won’t receive. Not being racist stating facts what happened in my own experience.

I ordered on Feb 27, 2023 and up to now I have not received my order. Same as all the others here, they just keep on sending emails that they will ship it soon. It's already April and still nothing.
How can we let people know about this scammers?

I purchased 2 dresses January 29th 2023. I received a tracking number February 9th. At the end of March I still hadn’t received my order. I emailed and called the company to cancel and get a refund. They kept saying they can’t cancel my order and it’s already in transit. I even emailed Yun Express (the shipping company) with the tracking number to find out where my order was. They responded that they never received an order under the number. I filed a fraud/dispute with my bank. Shortly after I received 3 emails from SA STYLES that my order has been canceled and I’m receiving a refund. However, because the company is such a scam, Almost everyday for the past week they’ve sent contradictory emails stating they can’t cancel my order and my order is still in transit and to just be patient. SA STYLES takes your money and they string you along with automated emails. Even though I was able to talk to someone twice via phone, they say they’re just the “answering service” and all they can do is make notes. I’ll be filing another fraud report with my bank.

I ordered from this company back in January for an amount of almost $500 !
Still have not received my parcel and their fake customer service cannot say anything legit about my orders .at this point all I want is my money .

I ordered a blazer February 2, 2023 its now March 26, 2023 still nothing, I also emailed and was given several excused about Country, lock down and that there's a shortage of plains going out for delivery and workers. I thought they delivered from California, only to see package is coming from China. I checked the tracking and it's been showing 2/27/23 as the first movement for a month now. I asked for refund, the stated package was already shipped, and that I have to wait until I receive package. I will NEVER, NEVER order from this company again. I'm so angry right now..

It has been 7 and a half weeks since I placed my order. An initial tracking number was sent on February 9th. After the tracking information never updated, I emailed the company several times and received the same response that the order is on its way. I finally contacted the delivery service DHL and they never received the item. Repeatedly emailed the company and they had no answers for me just excuses. 6 emails and one phone call and they can’t give me any information regarding my order and they won’t give me a refund. Save yourself the frustration and money. Don’t order from this company.
