I placed an order on 02/03/23, today is 03/22/23 still has not arrived. I emailed and called and no one seems to know where my package is.

These scammers are charging my credit every month for a membership program that I did not agree nor sign for. Apparently once you make a purchase, you’re automatically get signed to a $19.99 a month membership program fee

Please see below. Once you make a purchase from SA styles they automatically charge your account $19.99 a month for membership program. Please go back and check your statements.

PLEASE PEOPLE GO BACK AND CHECK YOUR STATEMENT. I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THIS COMPANY AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOU A $19.99 A MONTH FOR MEMBERSHIP FEE. WHICH I NEVER SIGN UP FOR.
EACH TIME UNDER A DIFFERENT MERCHANT.
I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ORDER PLACED ON 02/03/23 AND ON 03/03/23 AND 04/03/23 I GOT CHARGED TWICE A $19.99.
MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY DID SOME INVESTIGATION AND FOUND OUT IT WAS COMING FROM THEM. SO I REACHED OUT TO THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT I SIGNED FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP SERVICE. WHICH I NEVER DID.

COMPLETE SCAM EACH TIME UNDER A DIFFERENT MERCHANT NAME.
I'M BEGGING YOU PLEASE GO BACK AND CHECK YOUR STATEMENT.

I emailed over and over again and never received my order. So sad to scam people like this!

This company is 100% a complete scam. They don’t answer e-mails, the customer service number is an answering service, there is no legitimate tracking number provided. Do not buy from them.

They charge you a $19.99 membership fee every month under a different merchant. Please go check your statements. Just found out today. I got charged in march and April. Each time under a different merchant and my bank found out it was coming from them.

They have a these absolute beautiful dresses pictured on their website all around the price range of 130-150 roughly. I bought a dress. Takes them like a week to ship out. You email them with questions or concerns? Good luck! When you do get a reply they are super vague and don’t even answer the question you asked. This website that you track your item on doesn’t even work. Says I’m putting in the wrong tracking number and pin when I have the numbers right in front of me clear as day. Told me they can’t give me an exact location on where my item is because it’s in transit. Mind you it’s been 2 weeks now and I still have not received my dress, lol. I’ve been reviews where it’s been 8 months and people have not received their item and no refund. Yeah! No! I would not buy from these people. It’s one of those no name businesses and they pick and chose who they rip off. But then they have their regulars that they treat like royalty just so they have those good reviews. So when people do get ripped off, it’s questionable.

Once you make a purchase from them. They charge your card a $19.99 membership fee every month.
Each time it was under a different name. Complete scam. I got charged on 3 different occasions. Until my credit card company found out it was coming from them. The last charge finally said “SA styles”

I purchased a dress from their website back in April 2022 for a wedding in June 2022 and never received it. I contacted them twice via email in June 2022 and after 2 months they told me the dress is now out of stock. I requested a refund and never received it and at that time they stopped responding. The dress has never been labeled out of stock on their website. It's been almost a year and I can't get anyone to refund my money or send me the dress. I keep calling but only getting the answering service to leave a message and no one has contacted me back via phone or email as they've previously stated numerous times. I keep emailing support with no response. Also I tried leaving a review on their website and they block any negative reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Do not order from SA Styles! They are not based in California, but in China and while some people did receive their orders (or parts) I never received anything and have read too many bad reviews about their products and "customer service". The good reviews I had first seen are not true at all (I read somewhere they were paid to post).

SA styles looks like a legitimate website based out of California, when it's actually based in China. I made an order in the beginning of December and never received anything. Any time I would email them, I'd get a response a couple of days later saying have you tracked your package? And they would send me the same link which would show my package in China and has never updated since soon after I put in my order. After doing more research and seeing other people also got scammed, I called my bank and disputed the charge. No one should make the same mistake I did! Do not order from them!

I placed an order mid Dec for 2 items and after weeks of no update on the tracking link they emailed after the order, I emailed to cancel since the items would not arrive in time for my event. I was told that was not possible and the items were already on their way. They were not. They sat in China per the tracking app for a month with no movement. More emails from me to SA Styles followed and no action. When I got impatient, I was sent a new tracking link with some movement for one day in China then nothing after that. I then decided to do a review search of this company and found this site. After reading the other posts here I emailed SA Styles again and threatened to report them. The next day I got an email apologizing and the tracking link miraculously showed the package in LA, then Las Vegas, and within 3 days it arrived, but only partially. The most expensive item was not in the package. I am disappointed that I was scammed. This is the first time this has happened to me and I am upset that this company exists and continues to carry on. Out of principle, I filed a claim with BBB and emailed SA styles saying I did so. They replied that they would look into this immediately to find the missing item but I have not heard back. Now I have also involved my bank to see what they can do and will be filing a fraud report to Google and their ISP per a family members suggestion who works in that field. I know that I am out the money and will not see the rest of my order and I am fine with that as I don't want anything from this company however, I won't allow them to scam me so thanks for the other posts and suggestions to act on this. Hopefully together we can make a difference.

I never received my order from beginning of December and after getting the same tracking number sent and being told don't worry, your package has shipped while there was no update at all when I tracked it, I called my bank and disputed the charge.

I ordered a jacket at the beginning of October 2022. I received the jacket 2nd week of January 2023, after having to contact them several times about the order. Once I actually received the item, it was a size small in measurements and I ordered a large jacket according to the measurements provided. Email them yet again and got a link to return/exchange. once you open the link put your info in the required spaces only for it to pull up as return: exchange time limit Ro be closed. this is not a replicable company. Do not waste you money or time.
They should NOT be allowed to scam people on the internet.

This people are horrible, after almost 5 months all I got was a lousy Gift Card refund, Why would I like to buy from them again?
They are delirious and apparently loosing money and customers left and right.
I sent them a letter with the intent to Sue if they don't refund my money.
so frustrating.
Class action anyone?

FYI, I contacted the Federal Trade Commision,
Please do the same so they can start an investigation and they can prevent this company from taking advantage of people

I too have had the same issue. I ordered two jackets for total $215. Never received. Never got return calls, emails asking for a full refund. I finally filed a complaint and I notified them via email that I did contact the BBB. They immediately emailed back with a tracking number. Still have yet to receive anything. The package weight shows 0.01kg. And never left their facility.
*The facility is a California based company (it says)...It is NOT, it is based in China.!
I am so upset that I fell for this SCAM website...

I ordered 2 jackets - 1 arrived damaged and the other has never materialised. On the day I received the damaged jacket I sent a video to them asking where I could return it and get my money back but after little to no communication I was told that I was out of the 30 day refund policy which is absurd given that I started the refund process on the day the jacket arrived. I still have no idea where the other jacket is and after emailing the company daily I still have no answers. They are happy to take your money but will ghost you when you need to return a product. It is very disturbing and quite frankly disgusting. This is fraud. This company should be shut down. They need to be reported to whoever can shut them down from trading as they are a bunch of liars.

Ordered dress for an event. When I saw that it was not even going to ship in time to make the date, I emailed customer service to cancel order. 6 times I emailed with no response. Filed a claim with PayPal since money had been taken already. THEN I magically got a shipping notification and an email that said you cannot cancel the order. Dress arrived, I followed the instructions for returns (had to open the package to take photos) and had to take a credit because there are no refunds for “wrong size” or “don’t like”. Once I attempted the return, the email says that I cannot return, order no longer exists. They are finding every way to get out of returning money. DO NOT RISK AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to give up money. Worst service I have ever had and a financial loss of $130.

It is impossible to get your money back - regardless of their policy they publish!

Terrible quality, terrible fabric, terrible cut, and terrible customer service!

Not cheap enough to not care about wasting money - dont bother! They SUCK

I also order some items from this so called company, I had tried calling, emailing and nothing has happened, I even download the app they advertise to track the shipments. I finally sent a complaint to the BBB hopefully I can get my money back. Its so frustrating how they are scamming people left and right,

Tried to buy two beautiful dresses for my birthday. Waited patiently for correspondence. Tracking number, anything. To track, had to download an app called Shop. No tracking number provided. Still no information. Emailed repeatedly. Same canned response. Purchase to arrive soon. Called. No one picks up. Been a month now.

Just an update. The BBB contacted them on my behalf today, and miraculously, I received a full refund. So apparently they can be contacted...

Order placed online after numerous emaills and ads, for free shipping and discounts. Items look gorgeous. Immediately charged my cc for 2 dresses and order next day status says preparing order for shipment. It has now been 67 days and the status has not changed. Received no tracking number. Numerous attemots to contact via email and only receive auto redponses with exact same wording. Asked to cancel and refund and crickets for days. When I tru to post on social media sites they periodically delete negative reviews i.e. cuatomers asking for order status updates. But leave comments from obvious paid persons to post that they love their items and they reveived timely. You can try to call only to get an answering machine. There is a reason why there are no product reviews on their items, because people do not get their items and if by miracle they do, they complain about the quality and the non responsiveness on returns and credits back to thei paymemt method. It is disappointing as most items are over $100.00.

I've had the same issue, and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The claim to be a California-based company, but I have a feeling that is a false claim, so I'm not sure what will happen.

You should file a report as well, and encourage others to do the same. I paid using PayPal and have filed a complaint there as well, but have little hope it will be resolved.
