I attempted to buy a capuchin monkey from this person on tiktok. She asked me to send a deposit of $450. 2 days later she needed $300 more cause Tennessee required a special permit. After sending her that money I was supposed to drive and pick up the monkey and give her the rest of the 1500. She apparently had a family emergency and said she needed to use a shipping service. Told me there would be fee's but would be refunded. I have also reported the shipping company as well. I have not received my purchase and they keep telling me to send more money to deliver the monkey. I have been in context with her and she just keeps giving me the run around..
