I order bracelets for me, my daughters and granddaughter. I never recieved them. I contacted them and they said they were delayed in shipping. Then contacted again and told them I wanted a refund 3 times. I still have not recieved anything or a refund. Don't use them they are a scam

Ordered 5 items Nov 6. First shipment tracking number never received by carrier. Complained 11/16 and "new" order shipped. Today is 12/24 and the shipment has been in New Jersey since 12/13. Filed a dispute with Paypal, hopefully will be reimbursed. Emailing company and they keep telling me "any moment now" and ignores my demand for refund. I'm out $157. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence. This company needs to be removed from Pinterest, Shopify and Facebook.

This is obviously a complete scam website. I saw the advertisement on Facebook which is how I came across them. Is there any way we can get them banned from advertising on Facebook at least? They have 71 5 star reviews of the bracelet I purchased and no reviews other than 5 stars. For [censored]'s sake Facebook. I know I probably won't get my money back and it's too late now anyway. Cnuts.

DON'T TOUCH THIS WEBSITE. Ordered and paid for a bracelet on 25th March 2021. Still waiting for delivery 6 weeks later . Has not even been dispatched. No way of contacting them. Won't respond to emails. I suspect they're a scam website. It's too late now for the occasion I intended it for. AVOID.

Ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter’s birthday on Feb 6th. Her birthday was April 7th. Contacted many, many, times even filed a complaint thru PayPal, received it today April 15th. The inscription is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to read it. Very disappointed. I read the reviews before ordering off FB. Most said they got it in two weeks. Came from CHINA. Thru California.
Their customer service was very responsive the first month, then couldn’t get them to answer. BEWARE.

I ordered a bracelet for my daughters 18th birthday at the beginning of January . Nothing has arrived . I have fb messaged asking where my order is a couple of times and there has been no response . This is definitely a scam ! Worst still they advertise sentimental items to hook in their customers , and people are emotionally engaging . They need to be removed from all platforms . The only positive is that I paid by PayPal so I should get a refund !

I also paid for an item and never got any tracking number...I have asked for a refund and they keep telling me to check the tracking number which I keep telling them I don't have...they say to dispute an item to go to your account but I haven't found anyway to find my account I lost $32.98

Ordered a Christmas gift in November of 2020, it is now February 2021 and still no product or tracking number! No way to contact them either!

Ordered a gift online 4 weeks ago. E- mailed them and they said to use tracking number which I haven't received but they sure dam took my mone. Its disgusting as this was a present. Will be e-mailing again for a refund which probably won't get back. Not happy be careful ordering anything from here.

I PLACED A ORDER 8 DAYS AGO, IN THE ORDER CONFIRMATION IT STATES I WOULD HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN 24-48 HOURS, I HAVE NOTHING! THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. THEY DID RESPOND TO 1 OF MY EMAILS. I AM SO UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED!

Also ordered a bracelet (in September), chased in October and was given a tracking number which is useless.
Chased again today (Nov 9th) and will see what they come back with this time.

You make a purchase and they take your payment immediately. They do not send email with a tracking number nor do they give you a tracking number after purchase is accepted. They do not send the items you have purchased. They are advertising on Facebook. This should be illegal and should be monitored more closely. Several people being scammed.
