They operate a website (seemed above board from the many reviews). Slept on the purchase. Went over the website again. Completed the order. Received notification of order completion. Made payment through my crypto account. Received confirmation payment was completed from my crypto site. Next day checked the email I was sent from merchant, which included a link to ‘view order status’ and saw that my order has been cancelled (and after numerous attempts to contact the merchant … order continues to show ‘cancelled’). I’ve double check my crypto account and NO attempt at a refund has been made to date. Also NO response to emails either.

* On the first page of this form I was not sure if you were asking for their email or mine.

** Also I believe they are operating out of the US however I am not certain.

I’m not certain which files to upload.
