I purchased an orrery model of the solar system and received a complete knockoff that does not match what I paid for and what was on the website.

Do not buy anything from this company. I placed my order 12/16/21. I spent over $20 for expedited shipping hoping to get my order before Christmas. It is now 1/3/22 and I still have not received my order.

Ordered a 16 foot Christmas tree with lights for outdoor…. First of all it took 3 weeks and then it came in my mailbox…. Smaller than the palm of my hand….no way to make a 16 foot Xmas tree out of a small 100 light set….. where’s all the parts….Paid $67 for a $5 led light…. No way to even turn on the lights…. No plug

It's came very late didn't get a tracking number until 3 weeks after I purchased it then it came in a plastic bag so everything is like crushed packing is the worst ,You see in the pic what there asking on the site
The other pic is the garbage poor quality junk that they really send you to bad I couldn't rate these crooks any lower -0 stars very unhappy customer please don't waste your time and money

Ordered the beautiful Christmas wreath that was on the website and it came as a very small plastic wreath. Very disappointing. This company will not offer a full refund or cancel an order once it's placed. This company is a complete joke. Do not use this site.

Gave me a small Grinch; paid for a life sized one

Merry Grinchmas to me. After waiting 6 weeks, a Grinch with a suction cup arrived. I should have known this company was wonky to begin with but I was ill, and was trying to find something to cheer me up and push myself to look forward to. I've emailed the company numerous times about the life sized 5ft Grinch that is animated, moves and sings and talks...they "looked into the situation" and said this little Grinch is what I bought. Will not give me a refund.

Most ridiculous scam I’ve ever got into. First off the site is made to all look local with a great about us! Not Hong Kong. 2nd it said 5 days for shipping, try 22 days. 3rd picture attached! A joke. Huge door wreath that looks full natural and with large bells. I got a tiny plastic 50 cent wreath with different bells etc. it’s a joke! I cancelled right after I ordered it, 30 seconds because the shipping changed. They refused to cancel. Mily emailed saying it was already shipping? 40 seconds? Look at attached and they need to be shot down! $50 bucks for a 50 cent junk!

Handmade Custom Scam!

I ordered a “handmade” mogwai doll for my wife as a Christmas gift. The doll that was advertised was NOT what I received! The doll on the site had furr and cloth clothing. The detail was far more intricate as well. The eyes and features on the product I received are far from what was advertised. The scissors that came with it were not the same as the ones advertised either. In short, what I received was a VERY poor, porcelain imitation of what I thought I was getting. This company is profiting by ripping hard working people off! These items are not cheap. I spent $30 for an item that is maybe worth $5. And to top it off, they don’t allow you to leave any feedback on their site to help give people an idea of what to expect. It said I had to confirm I received the item before I could leave feedback but there was no way to do that. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered the boho wreath from these people in mid November. I have sent them four emails requesting updated info on my order. I have not received any helpful emails as to where or when my order will be here. Nor has I received any helpful info on when my order will be here. It is now 9 days till Christmas. They apparently have stolen my money and have no response for me. Do not order anything from them you will not get it ,

I ordered a pair of Pit Viper sunglasses on Nov 23 & canceled the order the same day when I found out they weren’t real. I was told I would only receive a 20% refund which is not their website policy. Order was “supposedly” canceled, but a week later, they shipped anyways. Now I’m being told to refuse the item & they’ll take shipping charges out of refund. It’s bull because they made an error shipping out a cancelled order. I’ll probably never get my refund, but I am sending the piece of [censored] product back to them anyways.

I ordered 2 pvc Xmas inflatable balls.
I tried to cancel the order early December because they said they were in stock but see or would not cancel them. I received the package December 11 and the balls were the wrong pattern, did not look anything like the picture that I ordered from.
The qually is like a beach ball and not worth $ 36 for each one.
I asked for a return and credit but the company is not answering me.

I ordered the National Geographic Healing Crystal Advent calendar and it is filled with plastic and glass! For 60$ this is a complete scam! I gave this as a gift and it’s the most embarrassing gift I have ever given. You people are heartless and take away the Christmas spirit! Shame on you. You probably don’t care because you have no integrity, but karma. It’s gonna get you! Good luck!

Here's my Legend of Zelda vintage game cartridge shadowbox that was supposed to be a gift for my husband's 40th. :( It's just bent up PAPER glued down to a Dollar Store frame. Out $40 plus shipping. The website won't let me leave a review because I am not a registered buyer. (I am indeed a registered buyer, or how did I get the product?) Very irritated. No refunds.
