Scam Scam Scam...

Once again I succumbed to a scam from expert online peddlers of cheapness. Details are similar to other's complaints took 6 months to received as I ordered these dolls for my 2 year old granddaughters for Christmas. They are something you would get out of a vending machine or at a cheap county carnival. No child would be attracted to the plastic and nylon hair, synthetic fabric . I ended up finding a source for real handmade dolls and sent those since these just arrived. I recommit now to never use off brand instagram or FB advertisers but now will always look for sites like this that expose scams first before ordering. What I most regret is wondering who was forced to make these pathetic products, the environmental waste they cause and the sort of work conditions for workers in N Korea or China my money just supported.

These dirtbags charged me 110 dollars for the worst boots ever known to man. Supposed to be leather lace less comp toe boots. Looked really nice on the images and the reason I was trying to buy them was because I do my have a lot of money and most boots like this run upwards of 200$. I received the most unimaginably [censored]ty boots known to man. Cheap vinyl almost like toy boots. Not comp toe at all and as a matter of fact these were basically made out of plastic. Such an evil company scamming hard working people. Hope these people know karma exists and it will come for you. So you know your scamming people that don’t have money 90 percent of the time. DO NOT BUY from this sdecor company.

Ordered a pair of MENS 13.5 composite toe boots in leather.. got a pair of boys size 6 velvet type material with a toe softer than a pair of UGGS. Contacted the company and was told there might be slight difference, slight? The size, material and toe were 100% different than ordered. The boots fit a child not a grown [censored] man that has boats for feet! Company offered 8% refund and a discount code like i would ever in my life order anything else from them. Charge backs filed, reviews being posted anywhere that will allow and reporting the site to everything I possibly can.

I received the same ones except brown. I paid 109 and waited a month and got these toy story plastic not comp toe junk boots. At this point the only thing I could do is laugh at the situation when I saw your boots also. Here maybe this picture will get you a good laugh bro. Let me know if you figure out how to get a refund or anything

This Site Should Be Kicked Out of the WWW, They're Liars and Scammers!

I bought a Squid Game full costume and all I got was the mask and some cleaning brushes that I never ordered. The mask was cracked in two. I disputed with PayPal and they favored these scammers as always. PayPal knows pretty well there're website scammers all over the place and does nothing about it. After going back and forth, they wanted the defective product shipped back to China which costs an arm and a leg and they didn't want to pay for shipping charges. The other option they gave me was a partial refund which infuriated me since I got a defective and incomplete costume and none of my own fault. They said they make little profit out of their sales. I don't give a [censored], why the customer has to get scammed for them to make money? [censored]ing [censored]! I accepted to get a partial refund which was never received of course. DON'T BUY FROM THESE [censored], THEY'RE SCAMMERS FROM CHINA!

I feel so bad to see so many people have been scammed by this company, but I am glad I am not the only one who fell for it. I ordered what I thought was a set of Willow Tree Wisemen - and as another victim posted, they were tiny knock-offs. The "company" is now trying to offer me partial discounts and not a full refund. I paid with PayPal, so I am hoping to have the claim resolved in my favor. I will also be reporting the website to the Federal Trade Commission.

What the hell?

The first 3 photos were what was advertised. You can imagine my disappointment when I opened it. It was undersized, had no working gears as advertised in the gif, it only has 4 of the planets, and on top of that it was broken!

Scamming by falsifying products

Purchased Three Kings Nativity Set last month. Package arrived with return address of "Online Seller" 1555 N. Chrisman Rd, Tracy, CA 95304. which is an Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Actually mailed from ZIP 90021 which is NOT an Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Product delivered was NOT the product pictured (NOT EVEN CLOSE!). Immediately contacted [email protected]. Was instructed by "Mily" NOT TO RETURN PRODUCT TO RETURN ADDRESS! Was offered 8% REFUND (I am gobsmocked!) OR 10% off coupon to be scammed yet again.

I am reporting to the FTC and would love to pursue a class-action suit against this scamming group considering the number of people who have been reporting scams against this entity

If I could give it a -5 I would. This is a rip off. I purchased the 20 piece "Willow" Nativity set. The pieces are small. They are not even 5" tall. I paid $166 for the set. Not even worth $50. Now they are giving me a hard time about refunding it. DO NOT BUY! I don't know where all the good reviews came from. They have to be bogus.

Ordered a planetary orrery - ad shows 9 planets and moons rotating around the sun. It's a mechanized item, with gears somewhat like a clock.
Received a piece of junk with 4 fixed planets. They offered 10% refund. Switch and bait. They obviously don't believe in hell.

FYI don’t order anything from SDecorShop. I didn’t know it was a business out of Hong Kong until reaching out about an order. When I realized it, I cancelled the order the exact same day I placed it which is allowed w/ a full refund according to the website. They shipped it anyways a week later. Told me to refuse the item & it would go back to them, but they’re only offering me a partial refund due to them paying return postage. The way they ship pkgs (parcel select) the pkg can’t be refused & returned. It’s considered dead mail & gets thrown away. So I paid postage to send it back & emailed them to let them know. They asked for the tracking number so I emailed it & it was delivered back to them last week. They offered me 10% off my next purchase instead of a refund.

I am highly displeased with how this company sent this helmet--wrapped in nothing but BUBBLE WRAP AND A CLOTH BAG. With it coming from China all the way to the USA, that is a VERY long way for just bubble wrap to protect a product, and thus, upon it's arrival, it was severally smashed and a complete useless piece of plastic. Upon requesting a full refund for this ridiculous amount of irresponsibility on their part, they at first offered me only 20% refund, and then a 40% saying it was their operator's choice of shipping options and thus they were not responsible. They now want to hold my money hostage till I return the item back to them, using MY OWN MONEY to do so where according to one of their 'rules' in returns is that the item must be packaged well to prevent any damage to it before being shipped back to them else they will not refund anything. Seeing the item came to me damaged, they can easily use this to their advantage upon them getting it. Pictures provided to show just how they shipped the helmet and the condition upon opening said packaging to find only two layers of bubble wrap and a cloth bag as its only protection. This is completely unacceptable and if this is how they usually ship their products, I do NOT recommend this company! As obvious as this issue is, they are fighting me tooth and nail to keep my hard earned money and making it completely unreasonable to work with!

Chinese company sdecor.com uses Bait and Switch model

Fortunately, I made my purchase with Paypal. They have reimbursed me for the entire purchase including shipping charges. PLEASE SHOP ONLINE WITH PAYPAL!

The items advertised on the Sdecorshop.com website are not the items that were shipped to me. The company used photos of high-quality art figurines and instead sent me cheap, ugly plastic toys. I later discovered that the alluring photos were pirated from artist Scott Radke (his website is http://scottradkeart.com/). I contacted the company on November 15, 2021 for their return procedure and again on November 16, noting my preference that they send me the items that were advertised. The company responded by offering me a 20% refund of my $89.99 purchase price, which I declined. Then they offered me a 30% refund, which I declined. They also said not to return the items to the RETURN TO address on the packaging, which was in New York (this would have been too convenient). Instead, they said I would have to pay for the return which would be about $20 and take a month. I'm guessing that means the address is in China, although they have never yet provided me the return address. If I'm to have tracking proof of return delivery, I'd probably have to ship via FedEx at a high cost to return items that I never ordered in the first place. I am attaching photos of the items as advertised (green wooded backgrounds) and photos of the items received (red backgrounds). The company even admitted that their online photos "are misleading" !

Scam, Fraud, Rip-Off

Described as METAL V8 engine KIT with over 500 metal parts THAT WORKS shipped in a metal tin. What was received was a cheap plastic STATIC resin statue that was poorly painted in a cardboard box. It was NOT a kit, it was NOT metal, it was NOT a V8, NOT in a metal tin and certainly did NOT work as it is only a piece of solid plastic resin.
Even though smart enough to use PayPal their site cannot even be reached to file a complaint! The Attorney General needs to be contacted.

Received product broken. Quality is horrible and looks like it was done by a five-year-old and a Chinese Sweatshop. Do not buy from them. They would only give us a 35% refund on a product that cost $132 but it's worth nothing more than something purchased from the dollar store. This is a total scam.
