We paid this company 2628.09 for toner that we did not order. One of our employees sent the bills/invoices to our accounting lady, not realizing that the invoices were not legit. She paid them. We then realized after receiving the third one, that it was a scam.

Our office received an invoice for toner from Select Office Supply. The invoice was for a printer we do not use, but they somehow found the name of one of our employees, which they put on the invoice to make it seem real. The invoice was for almost $1,000, and they asked for payment to that address.

Received invoice for goods not ordered nor received.

This is totally false. We did not order any Toner as indicated on the invoice.

Receive legitimate looking invoice for two toner cartridges for over $1000. Never ordered by our company.

We are a church with a School attached. We got a phone call asking about our printer from someone sounding like our vendor needing to update their records. About 2 weeks later we got a ridiculous invoice for $1,064.54 for 2 ink toners. DO NOT PAY!!

Our school received an invoice from Select Office Supply for copy machine toner in the amount of $1064.45. The invoice had the name of one of our employees as well as the correct model of copy machine that we use. However, our machine is maintained by a copy company and the cost of toner is included in our contract, so we have not ordered toner from this company and we were alerted to the scam. After talking with our copy company, they confirmed that this was fraud and that we should not be billed for toner.

Received an invoice for toner for a Ricoh copier that we did not order. 1.) We do not have a Ricoh copy machine 2). We order our toner directly from the company where our copiers are from. Invoice is for 2 toner @ $498.00 each, plus $67.54 shipping = $1,063.54

I work at a school . We received an invoice for extremely overpriced copier toner which we never ordered or received.

We received a phone call from a "supply company" asking for the model number of our copier. The person answering the phone gave the model number to the caller. Several weeks later, we received an invoice for toner for that copier. We have a contract with our own business supply company that provides us with our toner. I left a message saying we did not order or receive any toner and asked that they delete the invoice.

Received a call at our charter school stating that the caller needed to confirm our copier brand for a company's records. Employee provided that information. Several days later, received an invoice for 2 cases of toner for the copier at $400 each, plus $69 shipping. We did not receive any toner, and when we do need toner, it is provided through our copier service contract. I called the phone number listed on the invoice and got no answer. Left message, did not get call back.

Scammer got information about copier over phone by saying were from legitimate company in our town. Then sent fake invoice for toner for over $1000.

I received a phone call on May 14, 2021 from a representative for the office supply company asking for the last 4 digits of our copier. He said the service department forgot to write down the model number when they came to repair it. He then asked me my name. I told him and he said thank you very much.

One week later, I received a bill at work in the amount of $1,065.46 for TWO toners that cost $498.00 EACH!!!! There was also a shipping charge of $69.46.

We never received any toners and obviously, not paying the bill.

BEWARE if you receive a call like this...IT IS A BIG SCAM!!!!

Our non-profit school in Kansas City, Missouri received an invoice for toner. It is the correct Ricoh toner for our machine. The price was outrageous. The Principal asked me to check into the bill. One, we wouldn't have order that much toner at one time. Two, we wouldn't have ordered toner that cost that much. Three, the contact person doesn't work on the day the invoice is dated. And she wouldn't have placed the order. The bill was $996.00 w/out shipping.

The school is awaiting toner from a different business. Hopefully, that company hasn't shared our info or scammed us. We have yet to receive our order.

Please beware.

We received a bill for 2 toner cartridges which we did not order nor did we receive. We have our own supplier for our copy equipment. Total scam.

I don't know whether they called or not but in all other respects, it is very similar to these other complaints. We received 2 toners for copiers from this company even though our landlord doesn't buy toner for our copiers from any other vendor than the one it has a service agreement with. Additionally, my company is just a subtenant in the space and the landlord is responsible for the machines. Select Office Supply sent my company a bill for $1,561.65.

In the past 2 years I have received 2 invoices from this company. The invoice indicates that we purchased copy machine toner from them and that we owe them ******** I tried to call the number listed and they do not answer. I suspect this is a scam to get people to send checks to a non existent business. Order Number: Invoice # XXXXX. Also, this invoice is being sent to our previous address, where we no longer reside. We have our own toner supply company and we did not and would not order from this company. We would like for this company to please stop sending these invoices. Thank you!

This "Business" called our office and asked about our Xerox machine and I told them we deal with a company that handles all our Xerox needs. Next thing I know I get a bill in the mail saying I ordered 2 toners for my office. I tried to call the company to let them know that I place no such order and that I will not be paying this invoice but no one answers. This is obviously a scam.

- New Orleans, LA, USA

Our receptionist received a phone call from someone asking the make and model of our office copier. She supplied the information and we now have received an invoice for two toners totaling over $1,000.

Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill We received invoice for Toner we never ordered. Accountant paid it thinking we had a new supplier. They got us!
