The school secretary received a call from this company asking for the model number of the school copier. They then asked for her name. She told them that we ordered supplies locally. We then received an invoice for two toner cartridges that we did not order or receive. Do not give your copier model numbers to this company.

The vendor called one of our Administrative Assistants and asked for the Equipment ID of one of our copiers. She gave it to him, and shortly thereafter 2 toner cartridges arrived on site. While I'm not sure what happened to them, the invoice arrived and unfortunately was processed and paid. A few weeks later 2 more cartridges arrived and when we discovered they weren't from our regular supplier, we figured out that we had been scammed. The invoice for $1,563.78 arrived this week (for 3 cartridges, we only received 2) and I have called the supplier twice but no one answered. I left a message each time which have yet to be returned.

A few days ago, our office assistant received a call from a person claiming to be from our vendor for copy machines. He claimed communications to our copier was out and needed her to verify some information. All he wanted was the make and model number. Knowing it was likely a scam, she gave him info on a machine NOT in her office but located elsewhere. She immediately notified me, the IT Director, and we agreed it was likely a scam. Sure enough, today we received a bogus invoice via US Mail from this company we've never heard of for $1,064.45. It said it was for toner on the exact machine model we gave to the suspected scammer caller AND had the name of our office assistant as the contact. She always gives her name when answering the phone so that's how they got that info. She NEVER has any authority to order anything for our business so that alone is a big red flag.

We received an invoice for office toner in the amount of $1,063.44 dated 1.29.2021. We knew this was not correct as we have a company service our copiers and all toner is included in our contract. Called our servicing company to confirm their most recent servicing dates and that our company did not pay for any toner. Do not pay this invoice.

We received an invoice for Toner for our school copier for $1065.36. They knew the contact person at the school and the type of toner used. We have a contract through our Copier provider and it is all inclusive for toner...so I knew that this was not accurate and verified with the company we work with directly. When I called the number for this bogus Office Supply company, it wouldn't even go through. I googled the company and it does not even exist!
