I purchased a Seresto flea& tick collar 8kg from Pets at home on May30th, I put it on my Westie who is 4 yrs old and within 2 days I noticed a change in her behaviour ( withdrawn and scratching her stomach and head which I kept a close eye on her , as the days went on her behaviour worried me even more as she became very stressed when I got close to her ( as if she was really frightened of me) which was very distressing for myself and her. She also started digging the grass outside and eating the soil underneath ( which is a behaviour I had not witnessed her doing before . She was also wanting to be on her own most of the day . Having witnessed all this needless to say I removed the collar and after two days her behaviour was back to normal . I felt I should report this .

Ordered 6 collars, 3 large, and 3 small. Same packaging as before but the collars are fake they do not work and made 1 of my dogs sick.

SCAM - https://www.serestobayercollarss.com/. Looks like a legit website. The phone number on there web site does not even work. I emailed them and they even gave me a coupon code. Thank goodness I looked at the packaging layout (different animal pictures then the real product) and they don't the 800 number/contact information on the back of there container. Price was to good to be true.
I contacted Petbasics ( https://www.petbasics.com/the company ) that makes the Bayar Seresto pet collar (1800-255-6826). They confirmed that this product is NOT there's and NOT to purchase from the Seresto website. It is a knock off.

Bought 3 collars as they were at a great value. With money being tight since Covid it was a no brainer. We received the collars in the mail 3 weeks later, can was distorted and didn't look professional. This is the second site they have as they also go as serestomall.com. Billing on PayPal was listed as contact lens online. We contacted the company at their phone # provided and it was out of service. We contacted PayPal and then received a offer of 25.00 refund. We didn't accept it a requested a full refund. The company asked that we return the product to them at our expense for shipping. Per the company they wanted a tracking number. The USPS only has one service for shipping which would of cost well over 60.00. We're out 63.96 because of counterfeit products and site's as these. Lesson learned, Please verify your transactions after purchase so you don't get taken from Crooks!

there are many sellers of seresto flea collars on eBay I have gone through all of them and they are all fake, and after speaking to BAYER they can contain harmful toxins that could make your pet very ill or worse BAYER charge more to suppliers for legitimate real collars than the crooks in china are charging so if genuine they must be selling at a great loss. also plenty of fake worming tablets on this site.

I ordered a Seresto collar for a small dog from this BayerSeresto online store website. They claimed a special sale. The sale price plus shipping put me at about $34. When the payment went through on PayPal I received notice that I had paid "Contract Lens Online" and not Bayer. I immediately contacted the website where I placed the order for a collar and asked that the order be immediately cancelled (within 15 min of it being placed) and that my money be returned to my PayPal account. I received an immediate response that they would cancel and refund. That was on Nov 22,2020. This is Dec 2 and there has been no refund or further communication from them.
BUYER BEWARE. This is a scam.

I purchased a serresto collar at rural king last Sunday, 11/8/2020, my dog still has fleas! I paid 54.99 for the collar, very disappointed in the product! I had given the dog a bath to kill any existing fleas, prior to putting the collar on him. He was also dry before I put it on!

Who knows how many have already been scammed. Please look into them. I did have to "create an account" before it would let me add a product to my cart. Asking name, address, phone number, email.
