They advertise on facebook here via Sitayana https://fb.watch/oPv0r097kK/? Then shop on FB advises to look at a link to the product https://goo.su/9zLyD the FB site looks attractive and legitimate enough however there is no shop behind it, the external website is empty (t&c are garbbled) payment is made using stripe by the looks of it but again that could be a fake, support emails sent to track lead to nowhere and no tesponse from the company received, no confirmation of order being received. However payment has been taken by Sharlory.com. Raising the fraud with the bank on monday

Facebook ad that looked like it was through QVC. When order was complete, I received an email from Sharlory.com stating the order was complete with no tracking information. Attempted to contact by sending email with no response.

I order from here and never got what I ordered I have recite for my stuff and they go threw a company called strip for the pay on your credit cards so maybe you can ask the company Strip that is who takes your money off card , I hope I can get my money back. Found the site on Facebook. It was set up to look like a game store going out of business sale. Once purchases were made found out it was this Sharlory inc. that had set it up. And when I tried to contact them about my order there was no response.

Was scrolling Facebook, and an add came up for discounted candles from Goose Creek. place an order for $76.44 worth. Account debited immediately and received and email confirmation. No contact since. I sent an email to the assistance department, and it came back undeliverable.

I was playing Woodoku and an ad popped up for The Human Dog Bed for $19.99, I thought that was a really good deal so I ordered 2 for my son’s house in his Man Cave on Nov. 1, 2023. On the 3rd the ad popped up once again, but it looked different in the fact that it stated going out of business. This had me questioning if it were a real ad or if it was in fact a scam. So I tried contacting them on the contact us part of the website but the email was fake. On the 5th they attempted to take $126 and on the 6th $135 at that point I contacted my banking app company and ordered a new card and reported the fraudulent transaction that had taken place on the 1st.

I saw offer on Facebook. Clicked on offer and purchased with my credit card on November 1, 2023. I reached out to them two weeks later and found out it was coming from China and was ask to wait a week before checking back with them. Today I checked and the said it delivered. It was not delivered to me. I ask for the information on the delivery service used and was never answered
